I do believe this can be fixed by installing the VC++ Redistributables from Microsoft. If your using a 64-bit operating system you need to download the x64 AND x86 versions.

I Don't have many qualifications in science (other than my compulsory GSCE BTEC​ from High school), however I do have an interest in the subject. On topic I've included some information from the UK government website that states health risks and how to deal with incidents involving this chemical.

Although as your article states, the chemical is harmful in large doses. But if its as dangerous as the information above says it is, can it really be safe in small doses.

Talk to your parents and talk to the principal, however don't accuse the coach of being anything just express your concern (and maybe that you and others don't feel comfortable) to the principal. I don't really know much about who works in US schools but if there's any on site Councillor or student welfare staff you could try talking to them. The big thing is to not stay quiet!
