  1. During Traffic Stop Assistance, the officer isn't being recognized as a cop, leading to them becoming a suspect if shit goes down and you report it.
  2. I've been seeing the callout location "blip" stick on the map when letting a call go unaccepted. I don't see anything in the Rage log other than the creation of the callout.
  3. For reference in the meantime, with @dilapidated's release of a new version of the RDE-spec gameconfig, the workaround to get 3.1.1 working with the Arena War update is even more minimal. Thanks to @DoubleHelix (hopefully the same user here) for testing that out, and for making his tutorial here: https://forums.gta5-mods.com/topic/23846/realism-dispatch-enhanced-3-1-1-on-gta-v-v1-0-1604-0-arena-war-dlc-tutorial-v2 update.rpf/x64/rde contains the meta and rpf files in the release, if I remember correctly.
  4. It's the most widely used plugin and API that provides ped and vehicle information (plus the mimic function is a literal lifesaver on traffic stops). It'd be nice to have a plugin still in development take over the mantle, of course.
  5. Just create a new loadout and modify accordingly.
  6. One thing I note is that the ped has a yellow icon on the map instead of a red one. Usually an arrested ped shows a red one when STP takes the arrest, so perhaps that explains it. Well, except that it's only one of the images, so I'm not sure.
  7. The Flags section of the loadout entry, like so: <Flags> <Flag>RespondsAsBackup</Flag> <Flag>RespondsAsTransport</Flag> <Flag>SpawnsAmbiently</Flag> </Flags>
  8. Any vehicle loadout in agency.xml, with the Flag "SpawnsAmbiently" will patrol any region where that agency is set defined in backup.xml.
  9. LSPDFR's ambient spawn system really does a better job than adding them to popcycle, making sure the correct cars with the correct liveries and peds spawn in the correct areas.
  10. Well, then you can just add the car files as policeb in the latest patchday vehicle rpf, and then replace the vehicles.meta entry, and then add a new carvariations.meta entry with the correct sirensetting to some existing carcols.meta file.
  11. Those are the only agencies by default that have uniforms for the Online character. You'll need to install EUP for more uniform options, or use a SP character or an AI ped.
  12. It should be, but there's no need to replace a vehicle because adding new ones is very easy.
  13. If compatibility with STP takes a while, perhaps you could add an option to disable the automatic dismissal and add (or outright replace it with) a manual dismissal option.
  14. You added the required lines to content.xml for the meta file?
  15. Arrested peds, though I'm wondering if every time it happened was when I had paused the game and tabbed out to do other things. Vehicles were sticking around even after that, though. Another thing with stolen vehicles and pulling up the driver rather than the owner, I had a hit from Simple ALPR, and instead of the registered owner it was the driver. Probably the same issue there. Yeah, I've had that happen, too. Having some sort of failsafe timer that teleports them back in front of you with or without results would be a dirty fix. When observing peds, can they be made to turn towards you, instead of you shouldering past them should you be behind them.
  16. It's not a problem, per se, they could have legitimately borrowed the car from the owner, or simply failed to register it after a sale. I do see a niche a plugin could fill, where you or dispatch could attempt to contact the owner just to verify it wasn't stolen, but otherwise you could always just assume everything's legitimate if the vehicle isn't flagged.
  17. Cool, hopefully just an easy API function. Still seeing peds disappear from the computer pretty quick, vehicles tend to stay around for quite a while, and I see this message in the log: [4/12/2019 7:06:11 PM.670] LSPD First Response: Interaction+: Exception handled during entry delete. Exception: [4/12/2019 7:06:11 PM.670] LSPD First Response: Interaction+: Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. 18. Trainer settings related to "Ignore Player" usually cause this if turned on.
  19. Plugins probably aren't correctly setting a pursuit. I know I had a similar issue with United Callouts in the past, and a recent update states it fixed a bu like that.
  20. Check any other mod archives you may have installed to see if they contain any ytd or ytf file of the specific vehicle, and delete those.
  21. If you have any other mods, they have conflicting vehicle files you'd need to delete.
  22. I don't believe Interaction+ has a search function, but StopThePed does.
