What files like vehicle or scripts?

I have the "BCSO Pack_Spokane" vehicle mod and for some reason when i drag on the correct files to either patch-days or x64e I crown Vic's textures are bugged out but the Explorers work good. I cant find a way around this and it happens with other vehicle mods too where textures don't load. Whether i have to do something with the given templates i do not know.

having the exact same problem and very rarely it actually loads up im guessing? Did you find a fix because it really bugging me out too

Whenever I open up rage plugin it loads normally until i get the black screen with the spinning circle on the bottom right. LSPDFR would then crash on the screen or completely crash the whole game. I restarted my pc many times. Turned my anti-virus off. Replaced LSPDFR.dll. Ran as administrator. I did all i can. Although this happens it 99% of the time, very rarely on the 1% it loads up perfectly with all the mods and scripts working just fine with no bugs or crashes. Normal GTA 5 loads up normally. I know it is something to do with the LSPDFR.dll 4.0 (newest version). I also sometimes get an error labelled 'Blocked plugin caused GTA 5 to crash'.
