No matter which mod it is, search the archives for files of any vehicle you've otherwise replaced and delete them.

ENB probably has conflicting vehicle texture files, delete them from the mod's rpf files.

Most likely you forgot the txdRelationships entry at the bottom of the vehicles meta file, which is what controls the interior textures in most cases.

I swear I saw a comment that there may be a database issue that causes these AmbientSpawn crashes, but not sure where that was or who on the team mentioned it

Do you have any additional agency files (and backup files)? Also post your regions file, too.

LSPDFR is not compatible with anything other than Story mode of a normal GTA V installation.

I usually don't get a lot of traffic stops with passengers, so I'm not sure how often it would. Can probably mess around sometime soon with pulling over every car with passengers I can to see.- 1,005 comments

I had a traffic stop where a passenger got out when it was ended; I had STP'd another passenger out and arrested them on warrants, dismissed the driver with a warning, and they jumped out as the car drove away. RagePluginHook.log

Only issue I noted with that is one Route 68 location has the CCTV POV clipped into the building, and if you're using a partner from Ultimate Backup, they'll be standing there in the "footage". The RPH log might have info if it happens again. Also, had a StolenPoliceVehicle, suspects had bailed after driving car off of a cliff in Raton Canyon and had been fleeing on foot. I had secured and towed the vehicle while Air kept an eye on them, and it crashed not too long after that. Had a second crash similar situation. RagePluginHook.log- 1,080 comments

I think the problem is most likely that Revamped edits the original Story map files, so loading any Online map removes all the props because they aren't in those files at all.

I'm going to guess it's your display resolution, because it looks pretty low. Not sure if there's a fix for that or not.

This seems like a very common crash, and I don't think it's actually a problem with various car models, as I know the models causing my the crashes for me cause no other trouble. I remember a reply from someone associated with the dev team that it may be a bug within an LSPDFR database relating to storing vehicle models, not sure what post.

Despite having the spawn setting on "Random" I've never spawned in other than at a station even once, nor is my last vehicle spawned. Walk style and vehicle engine setting is not persistent, either.

It's still not legal to drive under the influence, and it'd be even less realistic to remove the chance since it'd be more common to see DUIs after legalization. If you encounter one, just RP it how the situation plays out on whether you think they are criminally impaired.
