It's only for normal gameplay. But with the next version of LSPDFR, you can add the new vehicles and peds to the mod's spawn lists.

Yard, questions on the script settings: In which situations do each of the spawn categories occur? [Water_General] [Chopper_Heavy] [Chopper_General] [Tank] [Plane_Heavy] [Plane_General] [Ground_Heavy] [Ground_General]I assume that, if NoArmy is on, the script knows to spawn Noose instead of Marine? Which set do the Juggernauts spawn with? Any chance of having Military vehicles always spawn in Zancudo, even if they don't everywhere else? Are armed Annihilator variants supported? Can the Tank group be split into one for ground and one for aircraft so we can have proper pilots (or will the script always spawn pilots in aircraft?)? Is the ability to have non-NOOSE Riots and Insurgents working at 4 stars a possibility?

The default dispatch system is not set up with Blaine County in mind, only Los Santos City, Los Santos County, and Fort Zancudo. Now, if the nice little script in there was turned into a complete overhaul of the dispatch system, where it could hopefully solve the problem of empty cars, limited working models for some sets, and the limited ways of defining certain areas, that would be just nice (and a huge undertaking).

Editing update.rpf/data/ai/vehiclemodelsets.meta (might not be the exact name) will do some of that.

UV MAPPED Ambulance
Looks like there's a small issue with the cab roof: looks like it's floating slightly higher and disconnected from the rest of the cab. This is just in OpenIV, so I'm not sure what it looks like in-game.
