If you want an all black skin, just open the skin with Paint and use the paint bucket to make it all black. If the skin is still in the wtd file, extract it to your desktop with SparkIV. Then import the edited one when done. Sorry didn't see the step by step part: Open the wtd file with SparkIV (click it and hit edit) by navigating to vehicles.img and opening that (assuming the skin you want to edit is already in the car mod and in GTA) find the skin you want to replace. Export it to desktop. Open with any picture editor. Use a paint bucket, make everything black (for an all black skin). Save file (should also save a copy of the original) Import it back.

In regards to being on topic, the OP asked if the arrest glitch was something he could fix himself. It has been stated by Jay that he can not edit the code himself, and DanX seemed to have posted something that would have fixed his problem anyways. Harper is now in the Testing Team which enables him to just post a ticket in the dev hub. I'm just not sure if this really has to be open any longer.

Clicking on your name in the top right no longer opens a mini control panel where you can access settings, just directs you to your profile (perhaps this was intended?) Only happens on Dark.

Seems that Testing Team members (perhaps other teams as well, not sure) can only choose between Light and Clear for themes, and both themes are the same white theme.

I'm sure he won't do it again @ OP Portable? Just play on a laptop. Problem solved Isn't MapleStory some online game anyways that you just play in a browser? If so you can play from any computer typically.

Please edit your posts rather than double posting (if it has not been more than four minutes). Although this is indeed a texture pack, he may not have a CVPI. Thus, the skins wouldn't fit. @OP Once you download the skin, open it and you should see either a .wtd file OR a file with a name similar to that which NYPDLieutentantNICK mentioned (policesign). If it is a .WTD, just import the .wtd file to vehicles.img. If it is a file like "policesign_X" (X meaning a number like 1,2,3, et cetera) then go to vehicles.img with SparkIV, find the .wtd file of the car you want to put the skin on, and then click "edit" on the taskbar, like the post before me states. Then, just find the skin you want to replace, select it, then select "import" from the SparkIV menu.

I guess Steam just hates you... I don't know why it isn't working. Have you tried restarting Steam too? Just a shot in the dark.

100% agree. I use lower poly cars without ELS.... Much more stable and it doesn't have as high of a chance of overflowing GTA's resource pool.

Did you hit Browse to find the launcher rather than waiting for it to (maybe) show up on the generated list? Browsing works for me.

Well what kind of messed up system is that... Need two different accounts to play damn multiplayer.... Well thanks for clarifying.
