Got an error while calling FDLC for an arson event. The script crashed, so I tried reloading scripts and the game just froze. Not sure if there's anything you can do or not, just letting you know.

Thanks. That should not happen with "Kill" function as they are used as... protection against crash :D

Your game froze on reloadscripts probably from overloaded memory. You have to remember that if there is any ped, car or object marked as "required for mission" and you will perform reloadscripts, that ped, car or object will be not unloaded from memory and will not be unmarked as needed. So basically when you do reloadscripts and there is active callout from LCPDFR or Bravehearts or PH world event all things from these events will stay in games memory until next reload of savegame.

Sadly there is no listener for "reloadscripts" function so scripters can't unload their assets when reloadscripts is called.

Just tried the newest version... holy crap, LCPDFR is a lot more fun to play now. Thank you very much for developing this mod!

Car on fire, so i call the FDLC to put the fire out... everytime i call them out the fire goes out by itself, then the FDLC comes out and sprays it...

The problem is the fire going out everytime i call them....

 

Not sure if this has been reported already, but not not cause crash of any kind or any log in error report :o)

Was that an arson event or just random car fire? Problem is FDLC firefighters are stupid. If you call them to car fire they won't extinguish it. Try it with your mobile phone or LCPDFR computer. Same is with PoliceHelper and I can do nothing about it. Reason why they try to put down car fire in arson event is that I explode mini molotov under the car every few seconds. So in fact they try to put down that molotov fire, not the car. Then system checks if molotov fire is still there and if it is extinguished it extinguish car too.

 

Damn and now I think I misunderstood you. That thing with fire magically disappearing around you is caused by game or scripthook. Don't know why but every time you invoke any form, like policehelper device, console or lcpdfr computer it puts down fires in 10ft radius.

Also had a incident where a person was shooting a shotgun at a car, could it randomly be a molotov? :-)

That event you are talking . I could give him a molotov but he would probably set himself on fire :D Also not ereyone knows that with car arson there is also arsonist present, but it's hard to find him. Be on a lookout for guy running away with molotov in hand :)

are you gunna do drug deals and drug busts like bait car in the future?

Drug deals as a callout are possible. Drug busts would be hard with lack of proper interiors for big amount of peds involved in whole action. But I have something in development that you may like ;)

I'm not entirely sure if PH is causing this, but I can't think of anything else I've installed since I've noticed it. The props for certain pickups are glitched; so far, health packs have turned into giant clocks (see picture), and baseball bats have turned into basketball hoops.

wow. I have no idea what causes this. Does it happen only after using some of policehelpers features or always. I really can't think of a feature that could cause this. Maybe just try to uninstall policehelper for some time qnd see if it helps.

Hmm this is happening to me also I get some train wagons instead of seagulls (EFLC) & the car washing mashing instead of something else. I'm not sure what is causing it but maybe it could be Spark IV or somewhat ?_?

I can confirm it is NOT the police helper mod, unfortunate it has happened to me before police helper was around, i also never did find the cause of it. Because pigeons were basket ball hoops lol

However the only way to sort it is a fresh install of the game.
