Hmm, I think it looks a bit better with the crest on the door.

IMO it's better on the fender.

I think it'll end up on the fender as that is where it is found on all NYPD cars. Only SUV's tend to have them on the door, and not always, like the Tahoe. I made extensive revisions last night. I'll have some screens up when completed.

I incidentally made multiple submissions for the Taxi...it kept kicking back a database error. While I did not find a fix for the destination marker box, I got tired of holding onto this one. Hope I didn't upload 5 of the same file! I'm sure the admin will clear just the one! I'll be putting this on GTAMods as well as the Boxville pack as they're both more appropriate there I believe.

Nice work; the amount of Lincoln Town Cars on city streets is usually quite staggering in the outer boroughs, though less noticeable in Manhattan.  The Washington fits the bill quite nicely. :D

That Washington Taxi is very snazzy! I just wish there was a way to make it Roman's second cab instead of a Cavalcade, but unlike his first car, it's not a separate Cavalcade.

 

Does make me wish for a LCPD Vector Washington, though.

 

Completed all 12 liveries for the Chandler police RP group as well.

EDIT: Stay tuned for an update on the  Washington Executive taxi! cj24 was kind enough to help me in my problem as well as assist on some other requests. A very helping person! Go give him rep points hah.

 

As far as other works, I am working on a LCPD skin of  the new Annis Pinnacle that was released with a vector lightbar. More on that later.

 

Question though: Is there a designation in the vehicles.ide to have extras NOT spawn on a car that has them? Meaning a forcing of the "default" version of a car only? Just curious.

And on the topic of the Pinnacle, would you be willing to make a livery based on Caine's Police Cruiser Blue/White old-style livery for it? And one for F5544's Landstalker would be appreciated, also. I like the Blue/White style, even if it's out dated.

This one is complete. Unfortunately no multiple liveries as the license plate was not mapped, so just the one here. Also after removing the logo from the textures within the .wtd it remains there, so no way around that either. If anyone wants it let me know.

 

Taxi Update: The destination marker error has been adjusted! Unfortunately this causes the front wheels to move back as well, and though minor, is a bit noticeable.

 

 

 

 

So I ask you now, where does the compromise lie? Do I upload the version with the fixed destination marker with the wheel issue, or leave as is with a cutoff marker? Let me know!!

The civilian car is not available per the users wishes. The second is a minor update of the RS with new wheels. I am working to make it a full-race, RS-R version. Anyone willing to map this car so that I can make liveries would get a livery in return. That's all for now...!

What's everyone's thoughts on the Taxi issue? I noticed its the front AND rear wheels that move back.

I also have been given permission to make PriMan's Tampa police convertible into a civilian model. Anyone up to this?
