go to your settings when rage is loading and go to command lines. check the box that says "force windowed mode". I had the same problem and I did this and it fixed it

After many hours of trying i reinstalled GTAV. Made a modded copy and installed 0.4.1 (manual install) and all the plugins. Now when i try to run Rage Hook ( i have the last version and also tried running it as admin) i get this error: Could not hook game process. Insufficient permissions or bad anti-virus. My firewall is off btw.

I've fixed all my game issues for the most part. I think the issue was the spawning as a cop during the opening of the game. I never once crashed during spawning in the house.

 

So what I did was, didn't have Rage Hook load ANY Plugins until I got into the game, then I manually loaded them myself.

 

I haven't crashed since I did this. I do have random (not frequent) LSPDFR game crashes but I'm also running like 5 plugins so I am not surprised lol

What does it mean? I have been playing well before, and now it inexplicably happen this. After loading LSPDFR, I have been stuck, and then RAGE crashes twice.

LSPDFR always crashes at my place. What do you want me to do?

I have been experiencing massive stuttering with just base LSPDFR. I have a decent computer also (r9 390, i5-4460, 24 GB ram ddr3)

With the megaphone? I do it quite often but they won't stop. By the way, is it me or custom characters don't use the megaphone?

I also had this problem, so after installing C ++ 2017, I uninstalled 1 of them, because in the list there were 2 '' c ++ 2017 or 2015 '', I'll send you a print of my screen, so you know which c ++ 2017 to uninstall!

after that and install c ++ 2015 and 2017.

 

unistall c++ 2015 (x86), and retry.

If you've installed the relevant British uniforms, then you can use a trainer like TrainerV. 

There are also xml's you can download for British policing. 

thank u for your reply I installed british oiv  uniforms but still got American  uniforms running around and where do I get xml please its not changing the amercian in locker room

whats the longest anyone has played/patrolled  on 4.1.  without a crash or texture issue with  all the updated plugins callouts and cars I mean I  have tons of add ons but only via spawn wise and I havnt updated yet  

У меня нету в версии 4.1 возможности аррестовать преступника. клавиша совершенно не работает. Во вкладке LSPDFR в меню паузы есть только статистика главных персонажей Майкла, Франклина и Тревора.

Has LSPDFR been crashing to anyone lately? It's been crashing alot more in last 2 days on my side and I havent added anything new to the game.

Where can I send the crash log to?

Did you change the timeout value from 1000 to 6000?

Best thing to do is a fresh copy anyways.

Rage plugin hook says it is hooking instance and then loads gta v normally without it and lspdfr why
