    Cpl.Griffiths reacted to Cyan in Liberty City Preservation Project
    This is very broad and it's very easy to blame RPH/LSPDFR for things. Without a specific problem reported, it's hard for us to really do anything with this information at all.
    The biggest issue I could see is LSPDFR's traffic nodes may not play nice other map mods, although if there's some people who say they've gotten it working, I'd be surprised if that is the issue.

    Ultimately it would be a shame for us to look into this mod, spend time and resources officially supporting it and it being removed/DMCA'd by Rockstar. Since the mod may violate Rockstar's single player modding policy, this would be a risk.
    If the project is still around in a year or so, and we don't have our hands full with something else, maybe it's something we could look into.

    Don't remove anything.

    You might want to check your plugins to determine which one is spawning ambient events.

    Edit this in your lspdfr.ini:

    Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = True
    Ambient.EscapedSuspectEncounterInterval = 0

    Edit these in your lspdfr.ini:

    WorldEvents.IntervalMultiplier = 0
    WorldEvents.MaxNumberOfEvents = 0

    Also make sure you disabled all the world events in different plugins, by editing the .ini settings.

    I figured out a way to make the message go away: By deleting the CScenarioPoint.ASI program. Even though that problem is gone, I get a new problem. The game starts but the RAGE loading thing doesn't go away, which leads to a crash shortly after. I'll post a separate thread on that.

    frankly cleartheway is a very good plugin but without this plugin the result is the same today with the new lspdfr, I agree on the fact that the AI do not behave in the game as we would in real life, but triggering an AI behavior is just a programming story for anyone who wants to do it
    cleartheway is precisely the proof

    have you changed the vehicles.meta provided in my mod or modified yours by just removing the FLAG BIG ? Maybe this can help you too
    If you have the stop the ped plugin, think about changing the values in  [Calmped] Pausedrivercalmeffectonsiren, Calmpedsdriver and Calmradius and compare your changes in traffic
    ...for information my demonstration videos are made without Cleartheway

    I was able to fix the C++ ScriptHook earlier today, will have to see how much work SHDN, AdvancedHook and LCPDFR are. If it is reasonable and only takes a few hours, I will probably update them.

    should be false, otherwise you let the game spawn cops naturally.

    You can try setting AmbientSpawn.SpawnFrequency to a very high value such as 300000 which will only try to spawn cars every six minutes. Together with AmbientSpawn.MaxCopsInArea and AmbientSpawn.MaxSpawnedCopsInArea set to one that should be close to what you want. Ambient.DisableAmbientGameCopSpawnBlock disables LSPDFR's functionality to disable ambient game spawns (the game sometimes spawns cop cars for patrol, especially when you are using mods that influence these settings).

    Setting AmbientSpawn.SpawnFrequency to 0 does not disable ambient spawning (not sure where that info came from, it is also not indicated in the settings wiki). If anything, it makes them spawn more often as it tries to spawn them every 0 milliseconds. If you wish to disable the feature, you can set AmbientSpawn.DisableRandomUnits to true.
