Do I need to reinstall gta to install 0.4.1? Or will the auto install just replace my 0.4 files?

I’m wondering the same thing. I would assume it is like any and all plugin update where you drag and drop the updated files hopefully someone else can answer

I tried to make my 0.4 clean but when I installed 0.4.1 I was experiencing a lot of crashes. So I ended up installing 0.4.1 on a new, completely clean GTA V folder and after carefully installing plugins and scripts etc, I've had no issues or major crashes that would force me out of the game. I still get an ocassional LSPDFR crash from plugins interfering with each other but the game is still very playable. Thus, I'd recommend installing LSPDFR 0.4.1 on a completely clean GTA V folder. Yes, it can be a burden to have to install all your mods and plugins back in but I promise you its worth it!

You can use the manual install - drag and drop into your GTA directory. And use the Ragehookplugin to start the game.

Or, you can use the auto-install file. Run the lspdfr-install.exe and it will run you through.

 

Now, once you have it installed and open the game with Rage, click the settings on the control panel (gear icon) and make changes to the time-out value (default=10000), change it to 50000-60000. Save and start.

what does that do, changing the value to from 10000 to 50000-60000 ?

Ive been having recent issues where i took off all my mods, my plugins and lspdfr plugins and i left only the bare game with the default lspdfr call outs. whenever i choose a weapon from my trainer (simpletrainer), my game will CTD to desktop. this only happens when LSPDFR is loaded, if its not loaded but i have RPH installed it wont crash. i have absolutely no idea on what to do Ive lost interest in this game now due to all the damn crashes

Its a time-out value. Gives the hookup more time to loadup. About the trainer crash I do not know about...havent had that issue but then again I dont use weapons thru the trainer.

You'll need to install EUP for more uniform options, or use a SP character or an AI ped.

I found out that this trainer issue is a bug and other people has had it.

Has any one ever had a problem going on duty at BCSO or the PBPD station, any time i try going on duty it lets me pick my person, uniform guns and car, but when i spawn back into the world none of the LSPDFR functions work it's almost like it reverts to the stranded GTAV. When i go on duty at one of the city stations i have no problems. The pictuer i'm including shows me in a BCSO car just pulling away from the station after going on duty. any help would be wonderful

I have a problem with lspdfr. the mod function until the first call out.
As soon as it falls, the game crashes and I come back to the windows desktop. Can you help me please?

I can’t install the ragepluginhook 

When setting it up for the first time, It crashes at the page to select my character when I go to select a preset character, LSPDFR crashes (not RAGE Hook). When I try reloading it, it crashes again and I've reinstalled and tried the manual and auto install MANY times, no luck. I set it to auto-start from RAGE console and tried to manually start it but no luck. Please help.

I am new to this community and have downloaded the newest version. when I start up rage hook, it shuts down right after the validating system load screen. Any help would be very much appreciated

If I use 0.3 my game doesn't crash but when I use 0.4.1 it crashes when LPSDFR is loading or when I'm driving around without any callout happening.  0.4 is full of crashes and should not be released yet.

I think everyone has the problem 0.4 is nowhere near ready for release full of bugs
