Dutchie77 got a reaction from Portside in [DISCUSSION] Issuing a BOLO/APB on someone
There is a call-out that "creates" BOLO's but not where you are the one creating it. Also the latest LSPDFR update added a feature(that can be turned on and off in the .ini) where if a suspect were to have escaped a pursuit (i dont think its just pursuits), still is a wanted person in the game. And if he/she is spotted it will be reported to you by dispatch. Or when he/she happens to be near you and if im correct. I havent used the feature much as im currently have a different way I am playing the game. So I could be slightly off.

You can read the notes on the new update (0.4.7) where it is explained

Dutchie77 reacted to LMS in Lenny's Mod Loader - Coming Soon
It's been a while since our last major update, and as you might've guessed from the title, there's a good reason for this... It has taken us a lot of work to get to this point but we can finally proudly announce our latest project: Lenny's Mod Loader.

    Modding. Reinvented.
Most people on this forums will have had their fair share of issues when it comes to installing mods, be it that you replaced the file in the wrong place, forgot to reinstall mods after an update or just found yourself in a situation without any installation instructions at all. We aim to make this a thing of the past and focus on what modding should be: fun! With Lenny's Mod Loader you can replace files and load new mods with just a few clicks - without ever touching an RPF. Many mods, such as addon vehicles, can even be loaded directly from the website into your running game, allowing you to quickly test our new vehicles in a matter of seconds.

Many mods can be loaded directly into your running game - just one click away!

    Release Information
Lenny's Mod Loader will be released later this year as a beta test. We are currently looking at a public release around December, but might release a little earlier if testing goes well. Being a completely new project, we would like to get in as much test coverage as possible to ensure a smooth public release. This is why we will make LML available as early access software for our Community Insiders.

    Future Development
We are only at the beginning of our journey and there are still many things that we would like to add to Lenny's Mod Loader. Ultimately we hope to provide you with a fully-fledged user interface to easily manage your mods, all integrated into our website to make sharing and discovering new mods as easy as possible. We hope you will join and support us on our way and are looking forward to your suggestions on how we can make modding more fun for everyone!

20 June, 2019 - We have released a minor update (Build 7110) for LSPDFR 0.4.2 to fix a couple of issues that have been reported to us.

We're happy to announce that the latest update of LSPDFR, version 0.4.2, is now available.  LSPDFR 0.4.2 brings with it a couple of snazzy new features including protective ballistic shields and the ability to flash your police badge.  Aside from this, 0.4.2 not only fixes a number of bugs that have been reported, but also introduces sweeping changes and improvements to the LSPDFR 0.4 API, giving plugin developers more access and power than ever.

Additionally, we've made a massive improvement to the Pause Menu which, in something of a first for a GTA mod, now lets you seamlessly configure your LSPDFR keybinds in-game, using the same system as the game itself.

LSPDFR 0.4.2, along with full release notes, can be found here: https://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/7792-lspd-first-response

Please also see our updated Wiki articles detailing some of the new features in LSPDFR 0.4.2:

What you need to remember is that LSPDFR is the framework that mods are placed into. In other words, when you download and install a mod that has conflicting keybinds with LSPDFR, that's not an LSPDFR issue. Further, it's not difficult to change the keybinds for either LSPDFR or a mod. If you need help getting your keybinds setup, post a help topic in the forums and ask. I'm running plenty of mods that had conflicting keybinds when I first downloaded them and now, after some manual tweaking, they're fine. I'm also a controller user so have also bound 90% of my mod's controls to it too.

Also, when you say about how many features do we need; this is down to the user. LSPDFR comes "as is". What you choose to add to it via mods and plugins is up to you and you alone. For example, LSPDFR includes a police computer. You may opt to download Computer+ which greatly expands on the police computer but it also lets you use the default version as well. Then, you might choose to download Interaction+. This has a lite computer system built in. If you're using both mods, you'll now have three police computers that are separate from each other. So, as you can see, LSPDFR only provides you with one such feature - the rest come from mods/plugins that you - the user - chooses to add.

That sounds that youre missing the .dll file in your directory. Go through your LSPDFR install folder and find the .dll and copy it to main directory. Perhaps you missed it during install or accidentally got deleted. Happens.

    try following these steps
    Start rage, press settings
In the general tab set the threshold to 50000 and tick disable text rendering
in the advanced setting make sure nothing is ticked
in the game setting>command line switches make sure the only things ticked are directx11 and forced windowed mode.

Only other thing i can think off at the moment, is to not let rage load plugin at startup. And (hopefully) once you are in the game, you can load the plugin with Rage command using F4>type in LoadPlugin > [space] lspdfr; hit enter. Wait for it to load.. Hit ESC twice to exit out of the ragehook command window.

    Hope this works.

Hello everyone sorry if this is in the wrong area or there is already a post about this (this is my first time posting)

I was playing LSPDFR .4 with radiance V and Redux installed and noticed that when I went on duty I started to experience really bad missing/blurry textures that I wasn't experiencing while off duty here are the steps on how I managed to fix this problem.

    1. Open up your main GTA V directory and click on the LSPDFR folder

    2. Open the lspdfr.ini and make sure  Main.PreloadAllModels is set to false, once that's done save and close it.

That's it, you can now start GTA up again and head back on patrol (this time without any texture loss)
