Great update! A lot of fun, a lot of new features!

There is a thread where we can give feedback or is this one? The new version but there is some things that could be improved.

 

The main issue is performance. I'm getting around 22/25 fps patrolling and 15 fps when a callout is active - Using ONLY LSPDFR 0.4 (brand new install). It's weird, 0.3 fully modded with a lot of plugins, graphics, map and traffic mods gets around 30 fps constantly ( 30 fps is not an issue for me for a game like GTA) - it's a old CPU, but... a fully modded game having better performance than the "vanilla" one is something to be investigated.

In the character customization screen would be good to use RB/ LB (L1/ L2 ) to switch textures, like in EUP 7.5 menu. I'm ( and I think everybody else) is used to that way, it's almost automatic to do so.

 

Time to respond is interesting, but for something like a holdup, 30s is a bit insane. you need to be a professional rally driver, because it's pedal to the metal to reach the location.
 

And I don't know what it is, but there is a lot of blur when creating a new character/clothes/customizing the car. lots of lens flare and motion blur, it's weird.

Let me see your LSPDFR folder.Just to make sure.  Because I just looked at your directory An Its up to date an clean . Did you Auto install or manual install ? I did Manual 

Great... less than an hour after I downloaded the update (at 7:00 PM Eastern time, or 6:00 PM Central/my time) my power goes out... I think this is Karma for the kitties dying 😩

Okay, here is the 'lspdfr' folder and the 'plugins' folder! 

I first did an auto-install, the game crashed when loading so I did the manual install, the game continued to crash when loading then I posted about it here. 

I also did a clean install of GTA V only installed LSPDFR and RPH but when starting up the game just keep crashing. I can't figure out why that happening as there is no mods etc that should be causing any issues. Yes, I have ScriptHook V as well.

You should make a copy of this comment and post it here, he's currently working any errors that come up. 

 

Working fine for me.  Will need mods to make more immersive.  People were expecting all the normal mods to be included.  This has a lot of great addons over 0.3.  Great work on this.

Alright I got Cheep Callouts to work, NYSP Carpack to work, Also PLD, TrainerV5 and testing EUP now. 

 

-I had to run windows borderless to get RAGE to work. (try it...may solve your problem). Also change loading from 1000 to 2000 as this will help and not crash your game.

Just had a crash in the middle of a pursuit 

 

Actually, I responded to the robbery callout, and when i got there, i saw the two robbers getting away, and i just followed them, no pursuit blips, nothing, and then, i asked for a backup, and then i crashed.

 

And btw, my game freezes (with no solution, only ctrl+alt+del) when i change the hair colour when first making a character

Yeah, my RPH was not hooking, unless i started on windowed

Any news on whether ELS works with 0.4 or not? Was able to load up custom vehicle models without issue, but it seems like ELS isn't cooperating.

EUP works, as it isn’t a LSPDFR plug-in... although it’s now kinda unnecessary with the new customization

i'm Shook man. Everything looks up to date. At this point. Uninstall anything unrelated to LSPDFR like Scripthookv an trainerv (they should work tho since they don't relate to each other) It's just a suggestion . or uninstall Gta 5 an Reinstall GTA 5 completely , An just install 0.4 only. Because Your Entire folder looks almost like mine. Which is what I Don't understand

Vehicle models work (NYSP pack for me) and so DOES ELS!!!!!

 

Also PLD. Some Callouts, and some other misc things. And then other mods need to be updated still

Will have to reinstall all mods and plugins, but it's worth the time.

 

Really great job, the AI has improved a lot.

I'm managed to fix everything somehow but I cannot get the DLL to load.

ERROR: Could not load plugin from "D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\LSPD First Response.dll". Could not load file or assembly 'LSPD First Response, Version=0.4.39.22580, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

You have scripthookv?

Lol the vehicles in the callouts for pursuits are exploding randomly. It's working fine aside from bugs and other problems. I'll upload a video showing it functioning with a clean install shortly. 

I don't know, the customization kind of got downgraded. I mean, yeah, all the officers are unique now, but what's the point in a custom character if I'm forced to use the short sleeve LSPD uniform no matter what agency I'm with.
