IM SO F**** THRILLED THAT I ACTUALLY FIXED A BUG

FiveM vehicles are almost always non-els, that is because ELS for FiveM is very hard on your computer from what I hear. A lot of people also use Non-ELS for single player because the lights themselves when done properly look better and break rather than staying on forever, that is especially good for when a vehicle deforms, that way the lights don't float. With the release of DLS that enables ELS style controls on any Non-ELS vehicle if set up properly, but it is more difficult to handle, DLS seems to be more popular with the lore modding community (like vapid instead of ford).
ELS is still an amazing modification making things easier on both the devs (from what I understand) and the consumer, it is also much more set in so there are still a lot more vehicles ready for ELS. Ultimately, if you want to use a wider range of vehicles, you can look into the non-els vehicles if you want and they shouldn't have issues as long as they get installed properly, FiveM vehicles are installed via LML usually if you use singleplayer. If you want DLS to have full control over lights remember you'll need to make your own config for a lot of vehicles, which unless they are set up in a way to make that possible can be quite difficult.

Good morning Vietnan...
Today I'm going to show you my first mod, I wanna know if you guys liked it. I was just tired of the same thing, so I decided to make something new, actually I dreamt with this car, this exactly car. So I created it, the car isn't mine, neither the parts, i'll put the credits in the end of the post. It's still in progress cause I messed up some textures from the lightbar, but i'll upload the car files so anyone that wants to join me in this battle (i'm learning how to do this kind of stuff by myself) and help me to finish this beauty. 
 
Credits: (Some designers said in the readme file that it is not allowed to upload their work nowhere else, well... i'm not, I downloaded it from here, and i'm not trying to do damage to your work, just trying to work with the comunity to make something awesome
