You guys guessing dates only adds to the fact that it will probably be the 28th if not sooner, which is in 1 week and a half till now. So you only got 13 days for it to come out now, if it doesn't come out on the 28th, its not february its march

You can't, sadly LSPDFR is exclusively for PC. 

Some people are like a dim light bulb and need to brighten up, others are like an unfinished wall and just need a few bricks thrown at 'em

I seriously think I've read more comments about people telling other people to be patient, than comments which could be perceived as impatient; most of which looked like the 'impatient' person was joking. 

 

Also, I think we defiantly need someone to make a cat themed callout pack for 0.4 when it does come out - maybe a stray cat on the road, animal cruelty, cat stuck up a tree (road closures needed for fire & rescue service), escaped mountain lion etc.

Common problem. Some people only read the superficial. They can't read between the lines. It makes their eyes cross and somewhere in between the brain and eyes it causes the mouth to malfunction and start saying silly things without fully understanding what they're talking about.
