Plus EUP and a few other things from what I understand (please ELS update?) may be released Arround or at the exact same time which would be a huge ammount or load. 

That is true but I doubt they will keep 0.3.1 when 0.4 is released due to saving space on the site I believe 0.4 will have more and better built in callouts

Absolutely. I got my friend to buy this game specifically for LSPDFR. And he's always bashing me for not playing it anymore. I argue with him because I say I'm waiting for 0.4 and he's like "I'm not getting that stuff*

Yes exactly the file size of 0.4 is prob a lot bigger then 0.3.1

A lot of people work during the week and it’s better for hype to release on the weekend.

In my opinion releasing in a weekday is better. Some people will be at work, but some at home (another shift, another time zone), so servers won't be overloaded.

But my heart wants a release today 😁
