I know Alexander Blade is one man running SVH so I give him a lot of credit trying to keep his program up to date.

yeah everything is still running good. had a small issue when i updated to 0.3.2 but i figured it all out and its still working

ScriptHookV has been updated, you should use that instead as it will be more stable: http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/

 

Make sure not to load AsiSupport while using ScriptHook.

All issues related to AdvancedHookV.asi and, generally, to all ASI scripts which don't use ScriptHookV have been fixed in 0.3.2. To use them, you'll need to use the usual ASI loader (dinput8.dll).

 

As willpv23 said, ScriptHookV has been released, so it's best to use it instead of AsiSupport, to avoid compatibility/performance issues. I'll keep maintaining and improving AsiSupport for the next update though (like adding support for SHVDN scripts)

Hello everyone! I used ASI Support for the moment because of the lack of scripthook. Bit now I have a problem: the "mods" folder is not loaded. Is it possible that this is connected to the ASIsupport?

No, you need the current update.rpf in there. The mods folder does not rely on ScriptHookV - only dinput.dll which does not need to be updated with game updates.

 

There shouldn't be any reason that this doesn't work with the latest update.

Oh, that was my error too: I eliminated both dinput.dll and scripthookv.dll. But now I have another problem: the door in the police station are locked and, for example, in the central police station of Los Santos I can't access the jail. What could this be due to?

I don't understand. Some of the asi mods work, but some of them don't, why is that?

For example I have my mods folder, but ELS doesn't work, and Simple Trainer doesn't work either.

The crash was not caused by AsiSupport as it was not even loaded. I'd say it was caused by a faulty mods folder.

Both ELS and TrainerV have been confirmed work. Did you load AsiSupport (either with the command "LoadPlugin AsiSupport.dll" or via the RPH configuration menu) ?

Yes my problem was that by default the asi support plugin was disabled that's why it didn't work for me. However my problem now is that even though simple trainer work, the default keys are used, instead of the one saved in the .ini. Also in LSPDFR whenever I'm calling for backup, the units do not move, they just stand still. The manual transmission work seems to be working very buggy too. For example a lot of features don't work there and even the gear changing didn't work.

Copy your ini file to the AsiPlugins folder, the plugin uses that as the working directory.

yeah what i want to know is what has happen to Script Hook V - AB Software Development everytime i go to that site like i use to the site is down ????????????????????????????????????

I saw a new 200MB update come today for GTA V on my Steam and now i cant play the game no matter if i start it "normally" from steam or through RPH (with or without loading LSPDFR or any other plugins that can be loaded in RPH) cuz i get a critical error crash with scripthookv that says unknown game version. So i ask whether this ASI Support still can be used as an alternative to play the game (either simply in singleplayer or with LSPDFR) until ScripthookV will be updated to this new game patch that came today?

EDIT: i "installed" this ASI Support and tried to start the game through RPH with this ASI Support selected to be loaded but still get that critical error crash with scripthookv that says unknown game version and then RPH crashes too so the game doesnt even get to the loading screen. You need to remove ScriptHook from your game.

This plugin called "AsiSupport" by Pursuit converts ASI mods to work with RPH. It will work even after the game is updated, so it makes a good alternative to ScriptHook while we wait for it to be updated. Once ScriptHook is updated, it is advisable to install and use that instead.

 

Installation:

1. Make sure you have the requirements linked below installed.
2. Download link: https://github.com/fr-Pursuit/AsiSupport/releases/
3. Cop the contents of "Installation" to your root GTA V folder.
4. Load AsiSupport.dll with RPH (either through using the commands ReloadAllPlugins or LoadPlugin "AsiSupport.dll"; or selecting it to load in the RPH settings dialogue.)

Requirements:

• .NET Framework 4.6

Ok, i removed scripthook and now it works, thanks.

Now i encountered "kinda bugs" like when i simply play the singleplayer and "make myself wanted" with shooting someone or robbing a store, then the wanted stars appear and the minimap blinks in red and blue but the cops either stay idle in their cars and dont chase me or run around on foot like idiots and dont attack me, and if i do the jewelry store heist mission then the cops chase the crew but when i hit them its like i run into a big rock and they stop and get out of their cars and run around like idiots, and if i shoot a GSF or Ballas gangmember then the other gangmembers dont attack me.

Same thing happens when i play with LSPDFR i mean if i shoot a GSF or Ballas gangmember then the other gangmembers dont attack me. Any ideas what can cause this and how to solve this?

The only issue im having with this is that backup police units don't respond to my location, they are stuck where they spawn and cant move. Ambulance and firetrucks do respond to my location. Is there anyway to fix this or is it a bug? Only had the issue since installing Scripthookv Alternative.
