    not many options to go with. attempt the downgrade and either it will work or it wont. after that you can either purge your modlist of mods that need scripthook or just wait.

    if you have scripthook V installed then take it out. GTA had an update and scripthook V is now out of date. gotta wait for a new one to come out

    is the plugin loaded? if its loaded you should see badge symbols on the map on every police station.

    downgrading your game version would be the easiest thing to do to keep playing while waiting for updates. this youtube link has the files needed to downgrade. just copy them (not the .rpf) into your main directory

    do you get the key prompts to do those actions or no? the keybinds might not be bound in the lspdfr ini.

    one way to narrow down where your problems are coming from is to restore back ups but do it a single file at a time. so start with the custom game config. get the default and replace the custom with it. if no more issues then you know theres an error with the file. then just continue the process until you find out what file is causing it.

    Prowler Radar and Lidar Gun for all of your speed trap needs. Compulite and Stop The Ped combined with Ember's XMLs for more items to find during searches and more charges to put on people. Can also use Questions XMLs to add more questions to STP.

    Update: disabled my mods folder with _mods and lspdfr started up. working on narrowing the problem now

    Game starts fine. anytime i do reloadallplugins it crashes when starting LSPDFR. any help deciphering the .log is appreciated. RagePluginHook.log

    if its a custom uniform texture pack it needs to be updated to 8.2 or itll be messed up. the slots the clothes used changed

    yea the xmls(agency_eup, backup_eup, etc) will fix outfit issues with NPCs and the preset ones(presetoutfit.ini) in the eup menu if you were having issue with those. any outfits in the wardrobe will have to be edited yourself

    also make sure you have the presetoutfits.ini installed. but i also just checked my game pants 60 texture 10 is the same as yours so theres no issue. whatever outfit you had using those pants needs to be updated since whatever pants you were using changed slots
