I really hope a lot of features that were in lcpdfr 1.0 are implemented in the next version and especially when you are on foot and you radio in someone's name that you don't have to type it on a keyboard that is very annoying, being able to search suspects and vehicles would also be a welcome addition

Yes there is, and another is on the way, but some folks don't like relying heavily on third party add-ons to LSPDFR (even though the current spotlight mod is a standalone).  Folks are going to make their suggestions, most of which are already mods.  No harm in asking for it to be a standard feature of LSPDFR.

Personally I would love it if somehow the spotlight on a police vehicle could be made to move and actually be the thing projecting the light, but I have a feeling such a thing is beyond the limitations we have.

I mean a spotlight mod wich actually rotate the turret,and maybe to make it happen we can make an invisible entity wich is tracked by the turret to be able to move it freerly,beside the tracking ability of a car or a ped. As for the megaphone mod,I will be glad to know if there is other than pursuit deterrence.

Is that really necessary and worth someone scripting for?

 

I personally would just love to see some bug fixes, mostly with the script engine crashing, along with improvements to how police backup actually respond to a situation. e.g. not just pop out of no where, but some respond from a police station etc. I would also like to see police ai in pursuits try to respect your position in the pursuit and not try to overtake you or bump into you, only doing that when the suspects car is less than 10MPH or something like that.

Overall, looking forward to this update, can't wait to see what is to come :)

There is a mod (traffic control i think) where police cars respond from the station.

its funny that the post date change everytime now it says its made on feb 3 yesterday feb 4 lol

I use traffic control, that controls traffic at a situation. I think that custom backup might have it, thanks for your help.

Are you going to be able to add a multiplayer component? Not FiveM or nothing like that, an actual LSPDFR Multiplayer. It would be real cool if it was going to be like LCPDFR where you can make a real clan and have 32 officers patrolling, stopping CPUs and responding to calls together. Would really be interesting to have it added.

To go along with LCPDFR features, Hardcore Mode. I want to die, I don't want to see the AI, and ultimately I want to cry. Hardcore Mode is something I've wanted since LSPDFR was released, so it would be pretty cool if the option was available this update. Or at the very least, the ability to remove blips.
