Ocean City NY. Maybe for Captain14's LSPD Pack?

Not blue themed but... Red and black sheriff pack using captain14's sheriff and fbi replacement

Hm looks nice, ill try it out.

It won't be for the C14 lspd pack though it will most likely be for most of the ELS vehicles out now. 

i will agree with everyone else. for those who cannot use els, which are thousands and thousands of us, we still need new stuff for the cars we can use. Now Captain 14's cars have proven to be THE BEST cars visually i've ever seen ELS or non-ELS.  i will never take them out of my game. ever.  a very sound investment would be making some for his packs..if you choose to do an ELS set though i would go ahead and try the Ocean City. They look nice and got that sexy blue and yellow combo.

I am currently doing a CVPI, WIP image will be released in about 30 minutes. (Based on Ocean City)

 

I will not be doing it specifically for the Captain14 pack, but I am using the OfficerUnderwood template so this CVPI will fit his.

You're not the only one who is on the "...using Captain14's car packs" boat.  I can't possibly tell you how long I've been using Captain14's vehicles and regardless how much stuff is coming out regarding ELS, Captain14's packs will never leave me - period.

 

In keeping with this suggesting a livery pack theme, I'm out of the running for wanting to make any suggestions for two things:

1. My hometown (Houston, Texas) now has black and white patrol cars - even though there's a bunch still bearing the all white scheme.  Google for photos and you'll see what I mean.
2.  I'm not into the theme where you base liveries off the real thing.  I'd prefer the real thing.

hmm i like that all white car :D it looks nice..someone made an all white cruiser like that..not sure if it was Dallas..i doubt it..

 

for me personally, i dont really like black and white anymore..im over it..but thats the good thing about having options. eventually all the regular cars and popular cities have been made..then the modders get bored..so they take custom orders or whatnot to keep busy. now the ocean city textures..hardly anyone would download that if he made an actual ocean city texture. maybe a few of us would..but there are tons who would like the color scheme. i am one, so there is definitely a market out there for real themes made for LSPD or LSSD liveries. now i couldnt see anyone using the ocean city scheme on a tallahassee car...that would get trashed in the comments. but being that LSPD/LSSD is OUR police station, we'll accept any color scheme/skin we can get haha.

For those of us who can't run/stand ELS I'll make a separate pack of my own to run with C14's fleet. I'm personally using just his PD pack with all blue lights and a variation of one of GIMB's skin packs. Must say it looks sweet!

im actually using the all blue lights for his cars too. Captain needs to make a fleet for the entire game..if he did though..i'd probably never need to come back to the forum again :P haha.

I know you said no Black and White but please do Modesto Police for thegreatHAH's MCPD Based cars.
