PATCH 678 & RAGEHOOK REVERTING FIX - READ

Ragehook will be soon updated, I (or somebody else) will post when Ragehook 37 is released.
Ragehook or any other hooks WILL NOT WORK as of now.

Albo1125: I just want to make everyone aware that it is advisable not to update to the latest GTA V and RPH until all modifications have been updated. For a start, my modifications will not work on the new update until I update them.

Also, you can backup your game with Ragehook to keep playing, if you haven't already updated.

I have done this. But every time I press Revert, nothing happens. I have a retail copy.

Me too, i click save and exit and then nothing happens...

Hmm, well, I don't have V installed right now. Maybe that's a RH 36 issue.

You can also take a manual backup, and use Windows Firewall to prevent updates. It's really not difficult.

I really was tired and couldn't think of how to put it into a sentence.

Another way to get it working: Open the GameBackups.rph file with WinRAR/WinZIP/7zip and manually replace the files, then, block with windows firewall. THIS IS ONLY IF YOU HAVE A RPH BACKUP. So thats an answer for: @tomdeg104186, @MMotorsport & @Kenyon6279 mainly.

Ok, I'm thought it would be easy.... I re-copied my backup files into GTAV main directory, then went to windows firewall and under advance settings, unchecked the gtav lines... re-started ragepluginhook, game still wanted to update... not that easy me thinks..

yea i heard with the retail there are problems with manually backing up your game and it still not run ...i know woth steam it works with rage .36 i played today
