The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

For anyone wondering, I got LSPDFR working on 678. You just have to install everything but the RageHookplugin.exe that is installed normally with the LSPDFR package. Otherwise, if it rewrites the current RageHookplugin.exe it will not work. 

so are you saying to use the New RPH or old RPH ?

No, pirate versions are auto-detected by Ragehook and blocked, however more recent cracks may work, because Ragehook is no longer updating the system. I will not help you to find a working crack though.
