Seeing how RDE uses only vanilla vehicles I guess no chargers are due.

The possibility of a patrol spawning in the county is very low, you might have just been unlucky.

Yea, popcycle.dat. Read about it in the net. However, you must also make sure all the values for an area equal 100, otherwise it will bug out (add 1 to one popgroup, remove 1 from the other).

They should show up if you've installed RDE and then this addon.

When I call Noose SWAT in Blaine Country, LSPDFR crash. I have see something wrong in backup.xml

in <NooseSWAT> section, s_m_y_hwayswat_01 doesn't exist, I have remplace with  s_m_y_sahpswat_01 and now it's work fine

Yep, noticed it yesterday, I'll upload a fixed version.

I've updated the archive with the fixed backup.xml and better quality textures for peds.

Would you mind to remind me how to install that with OpenIV? Whatever I try, OpenIV crashes o_o
