Oh, that's my fault. I used a different compression method this time and looks like OpenIV doesn't like it. I am uploading a working version now.

Those are not a part of RDE, check AlexVonShep's BCSO Addition Project.

No. It has BCSO, but in an edited form. It only replaces the textures for sheriff cars. You can use BCSO AP instead.

The main thread says "This addon adds the BCSO Addition Project made by AlexVonShep", shouldn't it include BSCO vehicles for BlaineCounty? The backup.xml and dispatch.meta that is included with the BSCO addition project does not include RDE vehicles.

As for NOOSE, I'd use:

NooseSWAT:

noose1,noose2, nooseriot and policeinsurgent in the city; noose3,noose4, nooseriot and binsurgent for Noose SWAT in the county/blaine

LocalSWAT:

current preset in the city and county(fbi2 and riot); briot and bsherrif2 in blaine county.

@yard1 what can i upgrade on my pc to increase the population density and have more variety without low end gameconfig... right now i have a fx 6300, 8gb ram, and msi r9 270x

Well, I'd suggest your graphics card, to at least a 4GB card. More RAM wouldn't hurt, either, most likely a max of 16GB depending on your version of Windows.

What car is that? If it's the sheriff or sheriff2, check if your are using the BCSO or LSPDFR addon - in that case, replace the textures in those dlc.rpf's.
