You need a clean DLC.xml file list, read the readme and the past comments on here

    It works fine, there is no issue with clipping, you just can't get how Multiplayer peds works, even without EUP you'll get clipping skin if you selected an incompatible upper skin with your top, I can

There's always something when rockstar makes an update to this game...Had to update rage plugin hook, now EUP is causing this to spam when the plugin loads:

I use this a lot in director mode to create a series, but I have no clue what I did to cause these errors.

This may be a bit off-topic (sorry for it in advance), but is still somewhat related to EUP, so here it goes.

 

Going through Alex_Ashfold's awesome EUP WIP album, I couldn't help but notice that most of the pictures show several different EUP-characters in the same image. Can you tell me how is that possible? I'm asking this because reading back in the topic, my understanding is that...

 

1. ...I cannot create EUP NPCs with the mod

2. ...Simple Native Trainer can spawn vanilla officers only, or just the default uncustomized freemode male/female characters as peds.

3. ...The various partner plugins are also a no-go, as they are not compatible with the current game and RPH versions as far as I know.

 

Are the multiple EUP characters edited into the images via Photoshop, or are they spawned in-game somehow? If the latter, can you tell me how (and with which tool/trainer) it's done? Perhaps with a trainer, the Director Mode, or via a custom XML file?

 

It would be great seeing my saved EUP characters in-game as NPC peds at once, even if they wouldn't be usable as trainer bodyguards or partners, but just for posing them for screenshots like it's done in the EUP galleries.

 

Any info is much appreciated!

Does anyone know of a way to use normal GTA mods in EUP?

 

I am currently using a "baret" for the marine and ranger peds in the normal models but I cannot find a way to use it in EUP.

Ashfold uses Menyoo to create his screenshots (I don't believe I can provide a link to the mod due to Community Guidelines). To create NPCs using Menyoo, simply follow the steps below:

  • Create the character you wish to make a clone of.
  • Open Menyoo
  • Open the Object Spooner 
  • Open 'Manage Entity Database'
  • Select 'Self (Is Not In Database)' 
  • and select 'Copy: This Entity Only'

From there you can go back to the Entity Database and manually place the ped, set their animations, give them weapons, ect.

I just installed the newest EUP plus the menu, and when i use eup to change from michael to the custom player. the player simulates being drunk. he staggers when he runs and sways when hes standing still? any idea whats going on?

@josap11 EUP peds don't work entirely the same as NPC peds. Their clothing is not easily interchangeable.

@victoriousV11 Yep, the weapon gets removed from the holster now. Refer to the main post for the Cop Holster config.
@Ghnty5 This is caused by another mod you have installed, likely the Injured Player Movement script that comes with Raider's Blood Overhaul.

hi when i install the menu and the other pack with open iv i can find a folder called eup in my mods folder but im never be able to open the menu in game

any help please

 

even i checked my plugins folder in my gta directory and i can't find anything from eup

it states 

"Please note that this won't remove the gun from your holster -- it will only play the animations. This is due to the lack of an empty holster model for freemode peds."

so would this remove the weapon from the holster or would it just plan an animation, as for me it doesn't seem to remove the weapon from the holster just plays the animations,

once I get back I will redo the .ini file and see if it works again.

EUP + CopHolster does remove the gun from the holster since a recentish updates. That post is just old and outdated. Use the config provided in the original support post and it should work fine.
