First launch OpenIV and go into edit mode, then navigate to update > x64 > dlcpacks > patchday4ng > dlc.rpf and you should get a red tab that looks like this: Click Copy to "mods" folder. If you do not get this option, follow these steps (In OpenIV): Go to update > x64 > dlcpacks Copy patchday4ng onto your desktop by dragging and dropping the folder onto your desktop Navigate to (mods) > update > x64 > dlcpacks Delete the patchday4ng in that folder [(mods) > update > x64 > dlcpacks] Drag and drop the patchday4ng on your desktop into that folder [(mods) > update > x64 > dlcpacks]

The new err_fil_pack_1 error associated with the latest 'Doomsday Heist' update is believed to be caused by RDE, and/or the combination of EUP. As of now there is no fix to this error, the RDE team is currently looking into the issue and attempting to resolve it. The RDE team will release a fix when it becomes available. However the team is very busy and currently cannot allocate much time to look into this issue, so an update may take a little time. Until then I would recommend constructing an entirely new mods folder (If you want you can simply move your existing mods folder onto your desktop to save your currently installed mods) without RDE installed. If you do not have RDE installed and you are still receiving this error please let me know. You need to use another mod in order to do this. I'd recommend just using a trainer like Menyoo or even a character menu like SkinControl. After you apply the tattoos you may save the character through EUP Menu and the tattoos *should* save. However note that a lot of users have some compatibility issues with both of these mods, personally I haven't had any issues with either mod but if you notice any new bugs you may want to look into using other alternatives.

Sorry for the late reply, the correct file path for EUP is /mods/update.rpf/x64/eup. This is to avoid Rockstar's DLC packs limit. RDE and some other mods use this same method, all of the mods using this method should be located in /mods/update.rpf/x64/.

Due to the current modding capabilities provided by FiveM, the only FiveM version of EUP is client-sided. I can send you the stuff for that if you want, should be fine if it's a private server.

Did you install EUP into your mods folder? As well as the corrupted patchday3ng too? If so, from OpenIV: Find the patchday3ng in the same file path but the one not in your mods folder Copy the patchday3ng to your desktop Find patchday3ng in your MODS FOLDER Delete the patchday3ng in your MODS FOLDER Move the untouched patchday3ng into your mods folder exactly where you deleted the corrupted version

You don't extract the .oiv, you use in in OpenIV using the package installer tool.

Here's a list of common reasons for this error to occur: Improperly installed mods within dlcpacks (Ex. Installing a vehicle modification into patchday3 but it doesn't load correctly). To fix you must either remove those mods or fix the vehicles/dlcs not loading correctly. Missing vanilla dlcpacks in your mods folder (Usually it will tell you something like "One or more of the required DLCs are not present. Refer to the game console for more information"). To fix this simply find the missing dlcpack (in your regular GTAV files) and while in edit mode select "Copy to Mods folder", if you don't get this option you may already have it in your mods folder but for some reason GTAV isn't detecting it in game. If GTAV isn't detecting a dlcpack in your mods folder it's usually because you have a mod improperly installed there, read above. Realism Dispatched Enhanced (RDE). RDE and EUP aren't completely compatible in the current version of RDE, however it does seem to work with CERTAIN people. If you have RDE installed you must have World of Variety (WoV) installed for EUP and RDE to work together. Also note that for some people it helps to install EUP before RDE. If none of these work your problem may be with another mod, if you don't have any mods besides EUP and RDE it might be better to uninstall one or the other. Wrong version of EUP or EUP Menu. Type "EUPMenuVersionInfo" in your RagePluginHook console (without the quotations of course), the versions should be EUP Menu 2.2.02 and EUP - Law & Order 7.5. If you have a different version for any of these you need to upgrade. If you continue to see this error message I recommend joining our discord so someone from the Support team (most likely myself) can help you get your game fixed. I also recommend having TeamViewer because it's a lot easier for myself to help you fix your game, however it's not required. Yes, most people need WoV in order to use RDE with EUP. Though there could be other reasons. The NOOSE's Patriotism and Immigration Authority (PIA) is mostly based on the Department of Homeland Security (DHS)'s Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). PIA also some of influence from DHS's Customs and Border Protection (CBP). Security Enforcement Police (SEP) is based on Department of Homeland Security's Federal Protective Service (FPS). Most likely we won't bring them back unless we get into turning all EUP clothing into addon components rather than replacing components.

Do you have World of Variety (WoV) installed? Is there any other info available that you could provide me with? Like an error message or a RagePluginHook.log file?

You can add tattoos to your character via a trainer like Menyoo. I don't believe there's an option in EUP Menu but it's possible.

Can you link the uniform you're talking about?

EUP doesn't load through dlcpacks/dlclist.xml anymore.

I assume you're talking about where EUP is installed now instead of in the dlcpacks folder. Either way, I'm glad your problem is gone.

I can't really give you a definitive answer for the locations of those specific uniforms considering I haven't had the time to install 7.5 myself, but what I can tell you is that typically all the components for specific uniforms are pretty scattered around. They do work together. If so try installing RDE with WoV. If not could you please provide us with a crash report (Ex. RagePluginHook.log)? Don't quote me on this but I think this might get fixed in a future version of EUP Menu. Until then there's not much you can do, however with personal experience it seems to help if you put the balaclava on manually, through a trainer or with something like Skin Control.

I'm sure you've already answered this on the support thread but have you tried using EUP with RDE plus WoV?

It's because the new tactical shirts would clip through the old vest.
