Great stuff! I've been a fan since GTA IV! And lspdfr 0.2b is really stable on my comp with many mods I can play for hours with not even a script crash once all set up properly! I can't wait for the new arrest feature, it's quite annoying right now having random people exit their car and shoot you because you have to point your gun to arrest, but it gives some pretty funny situation!

The anticipation is killing me. What's worse is that the new Online update next week may screw with Ragehook and make things difficult for the devs again.

I can't answer for others, but I'm running LSPDFR + quite a few mods, without any issues, under RPH 0.26.

Latest RAGE Plugin Hook version works like a charm with all mods. No reasons not to upgrade.

CRAP!!! Hopefully the developers of Ragehook will sort things out in a day or so. Maybe the devs of LSPDFR are just waiting for next updates to release 0.3. :D

Incidentally, will 0.3 have any improvements to the way the AI handles traffic stops? It's a little immersion-breaking when a car stops in the middle lane of a crowded highway rather than going onto the hard shoulder.

That and cars attempting to drive through the traffic stop or attempting to run you over. 

It's almost been over a month. I don't see the reason in releasing all these great previews with awesome potential then just going silent with no dev updates or anything for almost a month now...

i'm not going to blindly defend the dev's like a lot of people do, but It's only been 12 days man...you seem to forget this isn't full time, they all have their own jobs and stuff 10x more important then this, if you can't go and do something else till it's released i feel truly sorry for you.

Honestly Sam, I personally would rather you guys take your time and get it right the first time, versus having to patch something over and over and then people get really pissed.. I am patient and besides I just remembered that I had a wife and kids. go figure.. more time with them while I wait for this awesome release of 0.3 

New scripthook and rage plugin out! :) We can get back to playing!

Of course this isn't a massive issue because a lot of the modders create their own callouts to add to LSPDFR anyway, but will there be any new additions in the new update when it comes to the callout's side of things? 

Also really looking forward to people using the new Benny lowrider update to create some dynamic events, maybe bumping in to some sort of noise disturbance with groups of people showing off their rides and it'll end in different scenarios.

As has been pointed out, it's been a been closer to two weeks than a month (less counting the Facebook pictures), but anyway, some possible reasons:

1) They were planning to release a week or two ago, but decided to hold off when the update was announced, so that 0.3 would be native to GTAVu505 and the corresponding RPH.

2) They were planning to release by now, but had some sort of bump in development... could be a last minute added feature, an issue that came about and took awhile to fix, some real life matter that distracted from development, etc.

3) It sounds as if this definitely wasn't the case, but they could have released the previews as a taste of what was being worked on awhile before any planned release.

As far as i know, These topics are progress Updates

I was one of those people who asked Sam that if we could get any "development news/update/statement" and These preview topics are exactly those. Let me know if i'm mistaking?
