I changed my mind about deleting my account.

I am going to let everyone know that Desmond98 is on vacation until August 23, so I am going to be working on this car until he gets back... the model is done as far as the updated sirens, I just need update the carcols.ymt and the Carvariations. And then I will test it out.

It will, I just have to wait until Desmond98 gets it working... He will continue working on the interior when he gets back, I am merely working on the lights which I have successfully set up.

Being with GTA V's animations. I think it'd be best with it on the shoulder. I HAVE seen LAPD and LASD officers with their microphones clipped on the shoulder. It's not as common, but it'd fit much better in GTA V.

Like Lundy said it's better to stick with GTAV's animations, but if you want to do something different I could suggest you to pass the wire in the back instead of the front

And of course, the only one making a high quality Cheverolet Caprice (current gen) goes and gets himself banned  I hope whatever he's done doesn't get him banned permanently. I would have figured that someone of such reputation with so much to lose wouldn't go around breaking community rules.
