i like the pembroke skins i already made one for the impala,cvpi and tahoe i could make one for the explorer if you want to :)

Hopefully that should get you permission for the Arjent, alternatively yes, @F5544 is making an arjent lightbar, perhaps he can agree to lend it to you for this vehicle? Seeing as he's making an LAPD Crown Vic, really this complements the LA package.

Probably because you're new to the LSPDFR community, I don't think they'll trust that you won't steal or republish their light-bar. Unfortunately people are very untrusting of new modders, because of vehicles being ripped or published without consent in the past. 

Do you want to contact KevinDV to ask for permission to use the lightbar? What I understood from reading the file description is that you don't have to ask for permission, only to give proper credit and not use it for financial gains, port it to other games or upload it on any other website. If you don't brake these rules you can use the lightbar on you car model.

Yeah that could be a reason, but in my opinion this attitude is not correctly. So as an example, if i start modding and I want to use parts of other models, and nobody's permitting it I can stop start modding due to the people who forbid me to use some of their parts.

Yeah it's unfair, I know. But at the same time, the past makes people weary, new models such as the Ford Police Interceptor were ripped and stolen from modders, and there has always been a fight between modders to ensure correct credits and permissions are given. It's unfair that they treat everyone with suspicion but at the same time they  have a good reason not to trust people. 

I'd like to contact KevinDV myself, but I doubt I'd get a response either. It's possible that they've just had a tonne of messages for the same thing, and can't be bothered to go through them, or many people request the parts but underestimate the difficulty of making mods (especially noobs) so they never make anything but have all the parts.

The arjent was meant for GTA IV, so porting it into GTA V is technically breaking the rules, seeing as it's another game. That being said, the Dev did release it for one game, so hopefully he would allow it to be used in V

Ah, didn't think to look at the release date. In that case it's best to ask for permission just so he doesn't get into trouble along the way and all his work goes to waste.

well, the LAPD usually have a pullout tray with the black box, and electrical equipment. I'd assume they may have traffic cones maybe?
