Don't quote (haha get it?) me on this, but I do not believe it is possible. I mean, it could be. I'll look around.

It seems as though the lighting pattern on the back of the lightbar has evolved with newer units.

I'm in love with that center console. Also on the note of 2014 vs 2016, I'm 99 percent sure the steering wheel and seats on the 2016's have a different color pattern

    Well, the console is done.
But, i just got noticed that LAPD actually dont use this console on 2014, they use it only on 2016 ones.
Thanks a lot to @steinberg4145 for providing such an amazing video
I tried to find the name of that monitor, but got nothing. Its supposed to be PLANAR, but theres nothing on their web-site.

Desmond I think the closest you can get is to set all the front lights on the lightbar to prm lights and then do a quick pattern where the middle two turn on and off and then the side two turn on and off. That way it has a slight resemblance to the splitting pattern in real life.

Most likely the first version of 2016 one will be els only, but i'm going to add non els (as additional version) too.

well, maybe even in next update, but when this update will be released idk
    plans for update :
    1. interior equipment
    2. make console button more quitaly
    3. fix the front door trim geometry, replace rear seats with accurate one
    3. improve lightbar
And about ELS, if it's will be added, i will keep both version : ELS  non-ELS
because, personally, i don't want to use only traffic division fpiu (with push bumper), or non traffic division (without pushbumper) only, but install it to different slots not good solution for me. Too many fpius, lol
My dream is full  LAPD Pack. And in the pack will be included 2 FPIU's : 2014 and 2016, FPIS (unmarked, slicktop, regular patrol car), cvpi, charger (2014)
But this is need a lot of time...
