Is it just me or does everyone have the feeling this will be a Christmas present from the amazing team working on ELS, if so its well and truly worth waiting for!

Also on another note would we be able to get like a list for light extra's slots so modelers like myself can start mapping their vehicles to the config of ELS so we can release the models straight up when ELS is released. its a big ask but it would be greatly appreciated but i also understand if you cant

I saw a comment a while back, which took my attention since I pretty much wondered the same, but I dont think this was answered yet.

 

Will a traffic advisor actually have an affect on cars?

that would be very usefull. i hope they can let us know how it will be so that we can start working on our models as soon as possible. +1

i have a doubt.

In the albo's video albo mentioned about the patterns for the tail lights, reverse lights, indicator lights and headlights, so how am I supposed to know what patterns does what?

And one more thing, is it compulsory to have the forced patterns/preset patterns set to on or can we toggle it (turning it off).

And i have asked this question before but is had being ignored, i am going to ask again(not spamming)

Why are the takedown lights in the light bar on? It doesn't show in the panel that the light bar takedowns are on.Right?Is it a bug?

And can someone explain all about the patterns i didn't understand that.And one more question. How many vehicles will be immediately available after the immediate release of ELS For V?

In this video I'm using the latest beta version of ELS and shortly go over some of the changes that have been implemented recently - I even found a minor bug/issue in ELS while recording, did you spot it?  

I hope just as much as you that ELS will be deemed ready for release sooner rather than later. I can't wait to see what the vehicle modding community can come up with!

@Albo1125 I saw on YT a ford utility the lights in the rear would light up red and blue but the same lights could change color to amber color and used as a traffic adviser my question is in ELS are the moders going to be able to do that as different patterns not just the patterns change but the color too on the same light bar if that makes sense if not i think that would be a good idea

Would it be possible to had rear only modes for the lights? With everything possible in GTA V I thought maybe this would be a cool feature since lots of officers use this feature in real life...

Obviously I have no idea of the possibilities of ELS V, but drawing from experience with ELS in GTA 4 these were features that had to be set up with the car modder and was not necessarily run through the ELS script. Because each light or "extra" is essentially an in game object with a bright light texture on it, it is hard to make these objects change colors because they draw from a preloaded game texture.

So, christmas is almost here. I wonder if we'll see a release just before or on the day itself. I mean, it would be apt. 

Right now I'm all out of hype. But maybe when it actually releases I'll get excited again.
