In addition to this, the question has been answered multiple times in every video recently published.

 

I'm not getting my hopes up for a release date, it is silly to get too excited as there have been instances where, all of a sudden, videos were coming out and we thought ELS would follow shortly but were disappointed. 

I'd rather allow Lt. Caine the time to perfect the mod to his liking and "creative spirit" than to get overly excited and push a release of an unfinished product.

I don't think it'll be released around Christmas, IMO I believe sometime around mid next year is when it'll finally be released to public. Until then, we can watch prophet and albo mess around with it in their videos. :D

I saw this asked before but no answered, In the video I saw that there was 12 "Extras" available as opposed to 9 in the .ini. To those have a purpose not yet described or are those available as actual light heads like extras 1-9?

If you are talking about the CVPI in all the ELS preview/teaser videos, you can't. They have stated this in many videos. There is no point in it being released since it is dependent on ELS. Without ELS the lights on the car won't work.

In the videos i've seen, there was test els vehicles. Are those going to be made public?

As of right now, buggs is the creator of the els enabled vehicle that you see in the videos. I'm sure he will release those when els is released, I mean without cars whats the point in els, right!!! :)
