So who is getting Windows 10? I already am using Windows 10,  what are your thoughts on it?

Share your experiences here, Im sure others would like to know about any issues etc with it maybe?

I can safely say all my mods/plugins/scripts work just fine with it.

I'll be upgrading to Windows 10, although i'm going to leave it for a few days to see what everyone thinks of it. Windows 10 seems more.. updated and better than Windows 7, although i don't particularly like the Windows 8 "theme" i can live with it. It's basically from what i have seen is a Windows 8 skinned Windows 7.. and i'm ok with that =)

I have it as-well but my performance in GTA V has dropped around 5-7 FPS. That might not seem like a lot but you do see the difference. The OS itself is absolutely amazing. I will never go back and I am very happy with Microsoft! Windows 10 Pro FTW!

Heard good things about w10 but i have also been informed theres seems to be alot involved in having to tweek graphics cards not sure about how bf4 etc games run with it, i'll wait a few months see what happens like everything new there's always teething problems.

For anyone who is using 7 will see the performance increase overall on the OS, one good thing about 8 was the boot times were faster than 7, and 10 carries that over. Programs feel so fluid now and the UI is pleasing, definitely worth the free upgrade. If you are still unsure about it just go look up some videos on it and make the decision from there. You will eventually have to move on anyway :).

I think it will increase performance in games, if your PC can handle it properly.

I myself will be upgrading my new PC whenever Windows 10 is released. I'm really looking forward to using it, it has some really neat features. It seems like it's the best of Windows 7 and Windows 8.1. 

I'm probably going to wait until after I start school to install the upgrade, but I have it "reserved" so I guess it should download any day now.

Really excited to upgrade actually, just have to wait when until my wave is rolled out.

I will be downloading it though my bit concern is that it will big down performance for gaming. I've heard some reviews that t negatively affects gaming.

I've been running it on a virtual machine for quite a while - It runs very smoothly and it appears to be the best of Windows 7 and Windows 8.1. The Edge browser is really really nice, a bit worthless without plugins, but it is most definitely faster than Chrome. 

I'm hoping to install it later today on my main PC and laptop.

Indeed, I've only had it via the tech. preview for about a month but I love it. Every game has been compatible without issue as well.

I had the tech preview on my work computer and enjoyed the OS considerably more than Windows 8. My personal Windows desktop crashed and I've been reduced down to using my Macbook for the time being, but when I purchase another computer in the coming weeks, I'll be happy with the preloaded Windows 10!

About 20 minutes on a virtual machine. On my main PC... Uhh... LOL NO WINDOWS 10 FOR ME. 

Don't fret though, I might have it now. After 7 botched attempts.
