Few simple tweaks and fixes to the US Coast Guard.

Peds

• Los Santos Lifeguard badge replaced with USCG badge
• Black "COAST GUARD" text on the back replaced with white "U.S. COAST GUARD" and added to the specular map, meaning it will now reflect light correctly.
• Replaced the badge on the cap and added it to the normal map. (Haven't seen the spawn with a cap yet though).

Police Predator - check screenshots.

Also made it possible for passengers in the rear of Predator to use their rifles (previously they had micro SMGs).

Very nice! Is it possible to stop the LSPD spawning in the boat when in the LSPD Waterspace, as unless a Police Predator is patrolling, LSPD cops will spawn inside it and respond when in the LS area. It would be great to only have Coast Guard respond in the water. Forgive me, I have no idea on modding so I am not aware if any of this is possible. Another idea would be to have the LSPD Police predator spawn with regular skin and LSPD Officers in the LS area, but when Coast Guard respond they have the Police Predator with the Coast Guard skin. If that is possible, maybe a Coast Guard variant of the Police Helicopter would be possible, that could respond after a while of chasing the player at sea

​Changing the peds would be easy, but for the rest a new vehicle would probably need to be added to the game and to the relevant files to get it to spawn at whatever wanted level so desired. Depending on whether the ocean (or the Alamo sea, though do Predators spawn there at all?) has it's own zone, it may or may not be possible to change who responds where.

I say the LSPD should respond a little lighter armed,  and the USCG should get the heavier stuff.

It's a reskin. I could add a new Predator, and have both LSPD and Coast Guard responding in their Predators. However, helicopter won't work.

The USCG and LSPD would get the same weapons as they use the same loadout.

I should release it either today or tomorrow.

Well, there isn't much more to show - I've only changed the ped and the boat.

How much of the boat can be changed, can the white be a silver and the black be orange? The boat looks quite red in the screenshots

I can change the two colors, the text and the seal on the top. The color is official USCG orange - it could look different because of my SweetFX.
