    Some vehicles like the ones screenshotted are purchasable. Russia.Mikhail there are 4 free vehicles by him here on LCPDFR. If you want these specific ones from the screenshots you will have to purchase them from 0422_Zadoppe on twitter or if its not his find from other creators. I forgot if he has a website or not but generally if you ask on twitter dms or here LCPDFR I'm sure he'll respond. So as for the vehicles It's up to you. As for D3ZY's question about EUP being free I'm not quite sure I understand. You can download EUP for free here on LCPDFR by searching Emergency Uniform Pack or pressing the ESSENTIAL MODS tab. If that is your question. Edit: I completely forgot but you can get some on Booth.pm, though you will have a harder time navigating that website if you dont speak japanese, There are free and paid there. You can also find other free cars of the japanese police on a bunch of sketchier websites but I wont be pointing you in that direction for your safety. But yeah, if the description says non downloadable or purchasable best not to ask in the comments lol.

    Hi, I had same issue. For me reason was under EUP L&O's DLC pack. There is componentpeds,componentpeds_p and script_txds.rpf. Namely script_txds.rpf is where all the graphics design and resources for the menu is. The issue was that the script_txds file was corrupted and could not be opened via openIV. Download EUP Law and Order, change from .oiv to .zip, open in winrar or whatever you use until you get to "566105533_EUPLO8.3.zip\content\x64\script_txds.rpf" and drag and drop it into your EUP L&O DLC that you have in your game already via OpenIV, should fix issue. Either that or simply doing a complete reinstall with the oiv. Maybe you have different reason for problem but this is most likely one.
