From what I heard, it's legal to have it but you're banned from taking it outside and having it on you. Officers will treat it as if it was a real gun.

No offense, but I like to consider myself bold, dashing and irresistible to women but that doesn't make it true. The term 'felon' refers to somebody who has been convicted of a felony crime, the tense of the word is permanently set in the past, so it has nothing to do with what your current or future intentions are unfortunately. It's a title you keep forever.

 

 

When will this country get it right discrimination gets us nowhere. Whether black, white, ex con, or homeless person. This is the only country that posses high discrimination but yet speak values on opportunity, and being fair.

And despite the social and economic inequality in the United States, we're far better off than a lot of other parts of the world. There are plenty of countries with a military that on a daily basis dig ditches for bodies, line people up in front of them and shoot them, kicking dirt over the top when done and walking away like nothing happened. America isn't perfect, but we're head and shoulders above that; you can take that fact to the bank.

As far as the pistol goes; cool souvenir. It's got James Bond heritage, but Hitler also owned one and used it as his side arm, so I don't think I'd ever own one. Not really a fan of the rounds they usually shoot anyway. I like bigger impact, like a 40 S&W, and you can get that with small pistols believe it or not. Check out the Glock 27, or in your case; a replica of one.

So I ordered my James bond collectible today. And I am so excited before I post the video, I just want to let everyone know that this is not for brandishing or for carrying purchases it's strictly for collecting.

 

 

Nice! I enjoyed James Bond , my favorite was Casino Royale since that's the only one I've really seen/remember. My cousins are the real Bond fans in the family they have like all the of the movies.

Well if you get, why must you always bring up the fact that I'm A felon? Most people on already know that. And I promise you I will get it expunged. People such as yourself give me every bit of strength I need. You are what I like to call a typical American, playing the good guy role but a bad guy behind close doors, because people who discriminate are far from good guys. Good day sir.

What Im saying is they're not GOD and you shouldn't depend on them for everything, they only know half truths and most of the time they convict people wrongly.  Do you know how many people are in jail for nothing? Some people identity has been mistaken, and others have spent 25 years in prison only for the government to find out they weren't the suspect. ALL-IN-ALL, its stupid to let out a so called criminal who you know can't be productive like before. That is like a dog biting you in the face, getting lock in a cage and then released with the exception that he doesn't play with other dogs. Come on man. I say you do time, everything gets restored. But hey Im leaving for Canada soon (a place that doesn't discriminate and my record will start from scratch)
