If you need some more motivation, someone actually built the GTA V map in the game: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=406684124

  • $29.99 USD is the price, right now it's on special for $26.99 USD on Steam

Got to YouTube and watch a few gameplay videos of it and see if you like it.. It's a bit like the new Sim City but a lot better, Honestly if you like city builders then i'd reccommend it and i haven't even played it yet (it's on my Steam wishlist while i get money) =)

If you want to me reply as soon as possible, then either quote or @CouthInk4  me as i'll be notified, a general reply will not notify me

Just watched NerdCubed's video on it and good god it is good. It's like it took SimCity (The new one), took all the crap out of it and then just improved on it. Definitely buying this when I getmoney on Steam. OR do I buy Automation? Decisions Decisions.

That's the exact same video i watched, which led me to putting it on my wishlist. Automation is currently 10% off on Steam (which lasts for 34 hours i believe). as an alternative you can check out G2A which sells games roughly half the price that Steam is selling, I've been buying from them for a while with no problems =)

How much is Automation full price? I remember them (The devs) saying it would be £25 on release

I played it. You start the game, check the time a little bit later and it turns out you spend 3 hours on building your city and every minute of it was fun. If you like city builders, go for it.

I will go for it

@Couthink4 It was £20.45 yesterday, will get £30 on Steam in a few weeks. rFactor, Arma 2 and GTAV should keep me busy til then

...Should you breathe?

The game is incredible, and I have a pretty high bar when it comes to games. It still needs quite a bit of tweaking, but it's nothing that'll really get in your way.

Bad: It's no SimCity 4. But that has had a plethora of mods lovingly created for over a decade.

Good: It's no SimCity (2013).

It's worth the full price if you want to support a developer that got something right (two rare things for any modern game).

You are using the WRONG right theme!

Actually I'm curious. In the system requirements section on Steam I noticed that it didn't support Intel integrated graphics cards. Isn't that like most computers? And yet I haven't seen anyone complain about the game not running on their computer.

Integrated graphics are mostly found in laptops and smaller computers. however any desktop used to play games would probably have a dedicated graphics card. Also I have played it on a computer with Intel integrated graphics and it does "work", not really playable due to processing power but it does run.

Also I would buy cities skylines, I just came off to take a break and I already want to go back to BanterVille. (yes, that is the name of my city)

I have a 2.4 GHz Intel Core i3-3110M with Intel 4000 graphics (I believe). How does it compare to the computer you tried it on?

can't remember the specs of the top of my head (wasn't my computer, it was the neighbors kid's computer) but it had a windows XP sticker on it sooo...

The game may work on integrated chipsets, as I stated before it uses the unity engine, pretty much anything works (my friend plays rust on integrated Intel HD graphics). It's just that the developers don't support it so won't help if you have performance issues. (which you probably will, once you have a larger city). My PC sits around the recommended specs with a HD 7870 and AMD Athlon Quad core @ 3.2ghz and I have some issues in the game.
