I'll agree to claim the Hamas as a terrorist organization when Israel will be recognized has an oppressive state persecuting and killing innocent palestinians.

that's how we created this Mess in the First Place, It's why So Many (Good Honest,) Muslims in Afghanistan are Being attacked by the Taliban now for "Payback" Same Story with the People in Afghanistan who helped our military Fight (i.e. Translators, etc) They Are Literally Being Hunted by the Taliban after our Serious Pull back from Afghanistan..  And Many will Say that ISIS Is Now as Powerful as they are Because of the Lack of Intervention in Syria (Or some others will even say Staying in Iraq would have Slowed ISIS Down Significantly)  I'm Not Necessarily Disagreeing with you here, i'm Just saying that idea obviously Doesn't Work based on the Last 2/3 Years of Results from our attempts at it

Well i still say the united leave the area, ever since they invaded Iraq, it's all went downhill from there. I just say let other countries handle the issue, not the US or set up peace meetings with stable countries in the middle east. Also just a note: for those of you saying that we should just nuke the middle east and turn into some electric field or something, you're whats wrong with this world, that idea is just stupid.

I understand, I just wanted to make sure everybody understands it's only a very small amount of people that support these protests. I personally don't know anybody who does, and as a matter of fact, our government is against it.

The Middle East has long been a mess before the United States got involved over there so blaming America for the instability makes you about as ignorant as anyone else in this thread. Really, the only decent time of prolonged stability for the region in recent time was around World War I.

 

If you look at any religion, any race and any conflict you will come to see whenever there's an issue the whole group(religion, ethnicity etc) gets generalized. It happens every time and won't change. 

 

I happen to know several muslims that are some of the nicest people I have ever met; I have also met muslims(lived next to for some time) that are some of the most intolerant, American-hating assholes to ever exist. 

 

I think in the light of events in the past 20ish years it only makes sense that certain groups of people will have a distaste for Islam, but to say the religion and the people who practice it as a whole is ridiculous. The Middle East is a mess, but Western Nations are just as messy if you look at the social aspect of our culture and how we go about labeling others while completely disregarding the almost identical actions that took place in our past. 

Though what percentage of Christians and Jews run amok beheading, murdering, raping, torturing, innocent people? What percentage of Christians and Jews crash planes into towers and kill 3,000 people? What percentage of Christians and Jews blow up a car and kill 20 school children? What percentage of Christians and Jews steal 200 Nigerian school girls and sell them off into human trafficking?

 

As I've already stated several times before in a separate topic, the Qu'ran strictly tells Muslims to KILL ANYONE THAT GOES AGAINST THE TEACHINGS OF ISLAM. Christianity does NOT order Christians to kill those who go against it. This is the problem I have with Islam, and so does the majority of the developed world. Interpretation is irrelevant when compared to whats LITERALLY written in the book itself! Christians are supposed to spread the word of Christ, and accept those who reject it. Islam tells it's followers to TERRORIZE and MURDER those who go against it. This is the difference in Islam and Christianity.

 

It's amazing how regardless the number of times I throw this argument out there, nobody ever has a defense against it. They continue with the same "Not all of them are terrorists" argument which has no value after a certain point. Nobody has yet to correctly address me when I state that the Qu'ran COMMANDS Muslims to murder and terrorize.

Islam is not a terrorist religion that you think of it as, it got corrupted by extremists that believe if you kill an American you will go to heaven.
