Since the testing team didn't exist when this started and also has a fancy colo(u)red name, can we add testers to the list of interrupting people? :)

Yeah that is true, we still have yet to get there and there are already 500+ posts. Adding testers alongside mods kind of does make it even harder. So for the sake of it not being 100% impossible I think we should keep it at moderators and developers that restart the count.
