About the steady burns, if you have figured them out disregard this. Anyway, make the steady burns a running light (like those side lights on trucks), then put a transparent red 'plate' just over it.

I hardly know anything about modelling, but I thought you might like the suggestion.

Here's a very rough run through of my State Police skin. The stupid hood is being a bitch. Based off of Kentucky PD. Netman005 gave me the idea of the all blue lights.

We cannot because the vehicle itself is not designed for mulitlivery. Kinksta says he's working on another project, but will come back to these and make them mulilivery enabled
