Your preaching to the choir my friend, this is a POLICE COMMUNITY that SUPPORTS this kind of thing, one way or another someone in the community will justify his actions as right, however, we didn't see what happened before the video was taken & this kind of aggression is nothing new with CHP.

There is a video of this I watched yesterday, he's beating the shit out of a woman, but she wasn't compliant to his orders.

 

First off, I'd like to say that putting your channel name across the screen is immensely annoying, and pretty stupid. It makes me not want to like or subscribe.

 

Secondly, we don't know the circumstances of the situation. It's not right to judge the situation or the officer, if we haven't seen the entire situation escalate up until this point. How do we know that the lady had a gun on her, and the officer spotted it? Then when the officer tried to take her down, she began to fight back and overpower the officer? Who says women can't be stronger then men? How do we know that the lady didn't just stab someone, then decided to charge at the officer?

Christ on a bun! The guy who filmed this is complete jackass, and I wish I could tell him that face to face. Everyone has to voice their own opinion and judge everyone, and be the "hero" who caught something bad happen.

 

Now, onto the video itself. The cop went on a power trip, BIG TIME.  But there's a lot of things that could have happened that we're not aware of. Such as the female going for his gun, or what he though was her going for his gun. I promise you, if I see you even remotely trying to grab my gun, I'm gonna break your arm, and make sure you stay down. That's my life in jeopardy. 

 

Now she obviously wasn't complying with him, which explains his repeated blows, but definitely excessive.  I don't blame cops in Cali, going batshit crazy. That's a crazy as hell place to Serve and Protect.

people who follow blindly are called sheep...also this cop is an idiot and should be locked up the woman is not resisting or anything and he is beating on her why in the fuck would anyone support this? unless you have psychotic tendensies...I don't blindly support all police just the good ones that actually abide by the law and help the community and not the ones on power trips like this thug in the video, if you are going to be a cop then act like one don't act like a criminal or a coward

They could have taken any kids away and sent them to a foster family for that, because by law you need to be able to provide food for your child. Since when did gender have anything to do with it, in the police force there are no things called Male or Female, There is only Suspect or Victim.

 

a police officer can use the same force on a female that they would use on a  male. Plus, from a crappy angle and it's a "news story" we don't know the full story of what happened, the media are like vultures, they'll do whatever it takes to get a scoop.. even if it means twisting a story to make it more evil.

Like others have correctly stated above, what does gender have to do with enforcing the law? People that share that same retarded point of view, are the same people who are destroying America, and probably several other countries. "Let her break the law and charge at you with a weapon, and not do anything simply because she's a woman. And men can't hit women, so just let her beat you up." That's stupid, and it's one of the most illogical things I've ever heard. I'm not saying that that's what you've stated, but I've heard people say what I've typed above. If a woman is swinging a knife at me, damn right I'm going to sock her upside the head. I'm not going to be killed, just to follow some dead morals.

All cops are trained the punch the arm, it's not "beating the shit out of them". not ever police force in Australia carry tasers. and officers also have to be careful with the tasers since when on impact it could cause a heart attack, especially when the person you've deployed it on is hyped up on drugs. If they have the suspect on the ground and they are resisting arrest (tightening up their arm muscles so the officers have a struggle to being able to put the cuffs on them) then they're allowed the punch the arm a few times to numb it, which the suspect won't have the strength he thinks he has in his arm so he can't tighten his muscles, making the arrest more easier. Plus they use that method instead of OC Spray because 1) it makes the suspect more aggitated and makes him move around a lot more and 2) the spray also gets in the officers eyes, which would be the most annoying thing to do, trying to subdue a suspect while your eyes are stinging.

 

I'm not saying that what the officer did was right, or what he did was wrong. because all i have to "judge" is a police officer punching a suspect. there is no video of what happened leading up to the event. thus making my opinion/criticism completely irrelevant.

 

Male or female, anybody is able to kill given the right circumstances.

 

Obviously the broad was resisting given the use of force the officer was using but it did seem that bit extreme. I wasn't there though, so it's hard to say whether it was completely unjustified for I wasn't in the cop's boots.
