Nice vid! Just curious, how did you get the water levels higher like that?

He probably edited the water.dat file, which contains all of the water properties for the game. Either that, or he used the Tsunami mod.

Yup that's what I did.  I modified the .dat file, there's also a tool to do it now though but I like editing the file since you can get more specific water heights.

And here I was thinking the extent of my powers was making peoples computers/games/etc crash due to my lovely wares.  But now I can bring death and destruction to an entire city?!  That's awesome.
