Hey guys, I've been practising converting a model to GTA IV for a while, and I finally came up with a decent working model, which is the 2010 Volkswagen Golf VI GTI. I'm doing a few different police versions of it, and will (hopefully) release them in a pack soon!
I currently only have 1 version done completely though:
British Police Demo Vehicle:



Featuring:
- A (quite accurate) Whelen Mini Justice lightbar
- Custom dirtmapping
- HQ interior
- Amazing skin by geko7844/BadCops911
I'm hoping to add in an unmarked version, and a one or two different country's versions as well :)

As explained several times:
LSPDFR and RagePluginHook will likely never support cracked copies of the game. Both are developed using legitimately purchased copies of the game and will only ever support legitimately purchased copies of the game.
Please stop asking if LSPDFR will support cracked copies.

just a quick suggestion: try making cars with all the dev parts avaideble and show the community how good you really are, then maybe people will give you unlocked parts (I said maybe).

its normal that experianced modders wont give out models they have paid for, converted and templated to just another random dude who has nothing released (no offense)

You're funny. and No, I won't give you my FPIS. 

There are a tonne of reasons why people with the interceptor sedan models refusing to release them unlocked. The downloads section can give you a good reason why.

It's a nice thing to say that, but you've to understand people are not going to trust a random person suddenly appearing claiming they are going to do great models and stuff. It's natural to be suspicious, especially around here where a lot of rippers are just waiting for stuff like that.

The LAPD Dodge Charger has been done and released (look it up). The SDPD and NYPD models have been done just not released. Reason are because of rippers. Many modders don't want their models/equipment being abused so they rather not release it to the public and most respect their decisions. Look at the downloads sections and you'll see why people rather not release and keep them to themselves. 

In the end, its best to respect their decision and let them decide whether they ever wanna release it or not. There are many other unlocked models out there if you look around. (LCPDFR is not the only GTA IV modding site you know)

Okay it most likely wasn't templated to UV channel #2. I'm not sure how experienced you are with modding so I'll explain.

When you UV map a object you can select what channel to map it too. Here is the window that comes up with the option shown



I think the model wasn't mapped to UV channel #2 but you are telling the material to look for the mapping on #2 but it doesn't exist giving you the black.

I think it is indeed a new one, didn't see it before either lol

Here's one I took recently (big picture)

Reason no 2015 Explorers have been released yet is because no one wants to risk them getting ripped. Same for the other interceptors. Plus most people who have released with them in the past, have either had no interest in making interceptors or they have left the modding community.
