  1. Yeah I replaced all the files and I also checked my AI backup files to make sure there were no typos so I don't think that's the cause of the issue. I can't find the RageHookPlugin line anymore but it was along the lines of 'couldn't find location to spawn' after the call was terminated automatically after accepting it. Thanks!
  2. Not sure if anyone is having this issue but the resisting arrest calls always end up being code 4 automatically...

  25. Hey guys, at first I thought DLS and ultimate backup were acting up after the update, but then I found out turns out it's a particular car pack that's got issues. It was functioning fine previously and I didn't touch any of the vehicles.meta but after the update, the cars are no longer recognised as police vehicles, so even when I enter them, I cannot turn on the emergency lights. I checked the vehicles.meta file and the emergency tag is still there, but I have no idea what is wrong with it. Has anyone dealt with something similar before?

  27. ... uh no offence but as you know in my last post, I have stated that I followed all the above instructions and it did not work. I believe pasting all those instructions here again would not really help the problem... but anyways, thanks for your time I genuinely hope that someone would know what exactly has happened. Last time I played it (a month ago), it was still fine. Yesterday, it just stopped working.
  28. Hi, Following up on my last post, my GTAIV works, but LCPDFR.loader.loader still crashes once the game is loaded. I have run the diagnostic tool, which it says I do not have scripthook, lcpd first response.dll and asi, even though all files are present in my folder. I tried reinstalling everything manually, but it still would not work. Is there something else I need to do? Below is the log file. 31. I do not know why, but I get either "callout is terminated" or LCPDfr errors for every callout...
  32. nevermind, i found it. please ignore the previous post.
  33. can just ask where is the skin for the ford explorer?
  34. Not sure if it is just me, when I press E and check the officer in the officer down call, I get loads of LCPDFR Unexpected Errors, and they just keep making that "ding" sound. My character just remains squatting... Not sure why this happens.
  35. We might not be able to succeed (touch wood), but at least we expressed our opinions and we attempted to change our future. Therefore, there will be no regret no matter what happens next.
  36.    davidc reacted to a post in a topic: Hong Kong & Democracy
  37. I understand that the Tiananmen one was WAY worse than this. However, you also have to understand that this is happening in Hong Kong 20 something years later. Hong Kong is supposed to be a democratic world with a democratic government (even China promised that), instead of a barbaric one like the Chinese. Also, the protesters were being extremely peaceful and NOT causing ANY issues at all. Why use pepper spray and tear gas on the unarmed, defenseless and innocent people? (even though some people say that the NYPD is even worse...no comment) And yes, Hong Kong is legally part of China, but it is not China. It might sound contradicting, but it is the truth. *Hopefully I do not sound too emotional. It is my hometown, and therefore I feel that I have the obligation to defend it, just like the Ukrainians and any other people in western countries. *btw it was the PLA army (no offense, just sayin) back in 1989.
