I Heard (Rumors) That GFWL is shutting down July first.
Is this true?
Will gtaiv multiplayer be gone?

What will happen to all the big clans like RCMP after all this?!?!
My clan too!

i heard that is true but for what i been tall some one is coming out wit i script or mod that allow us to play online

I'm sure somebody, somehow, will find out a workaround. Perhaps some LAN based system, or something like that. 

Theres a "Mod" Out now like SA:MP But its IV:MP and also IVMP. But Unlike GFWL, You CAN NOT Have mods on them. Hopefully(Doubt it) R* Will transfer GTAIV To there MP System or partner with someone.

Guess we'll just have to wait and see for ourselves.

According to this post by eurogamer Grand Theft Auto 4's online multiplayer will stay, although Social Club stat tracking, leaderboards, and in-game leaders will be removed.

GameSpy has nothing to do with Games For Windows Live, last I heard it was only GFWL's marketplace and some other useless features that were going down, not the servers. 

I agree. Last I heard was IV's MP will still stay & we'll still be able to play online.

As far as I know I think the only thing gfwl is shutting down is their store. As for GameSpy that is rockstars background server so that is what holds all the stats and etc.

Gta IV uses both GameSpy and GFWL. GameSpy ends on May 31, GFWL a month later. R* is going to need to patch both of these out in order for us to play.
