Your problem is the simple native trainer. You have go into the trainer.ini (config) open it up with notepad and press Ctrl-F and that should bring up the search bar and search vehiclelivery and there should be a line called VehicleLivery=1. Change the 1 to a 0 so it looks like VehicleLivery=0. Save it and close it and it should work.

The 4690k is one of the best CPU's on the market right now for gaming. You could SLI 980 Ti's and barely get a bottleneck. Along with that, barely any games use more than 4 cores at once. Look at benchmarks, even some show the 4690k performing better than the I7-4790k. If you want advice, do some research before you ignore it.

An I5 and the 980 Ti will last you a long time with an easy 60FPS+ max settings on even upcoming games. Dunno where you heard that the I5 is bad but that isn't true.

No worries. Are you comfortable with overclocking? These two are both solid boards with great features. Just pick the one you like better in terms of looks/branding etc as they are pretty much the same in function.

*For me personally, I'd just get the MSI board as it looks slightly nicer and is a bit cheaper*

And this PSU is a better choice cause of its modular cables which make cable management A LOT easier and look much nicer, trust me.

? MSI is not that bad, they changed their manufacturers and their quality has gotten a lot better since then. I've used 10+ MSI boards in the past month or so (building PC's for people) and no one has reported any issues. Still ,your choice. There are a lot of options on the market that you can choose from, this is just from my personal experience.

I wish I was here earlier, some people shouldn't be posting computer related assistance when they have no experience with it.
If you're unsure of the parts you want to buy, post a link to the models you were thinking of in your budget, and we can OK them or suggest an alternative.

Feel free to spend the £600+ on getting 2/4 extra cores that wont actually be used by games.
If you do youtube or something though, then your talking.

Hey! I'd be glad to help you out. Generally speaking, when getting into PC gaming, you need a good enough PC. To check your specs do the following
    1. Click start then run (Or Press Window Button + R to open run)
Then type "dxdiag". Then click Yes and you will see your computers specs
Please post a picture of those specs here and we'll go from there.
An i7 doesn't mean you will always run the game perfectly. An i7 isn't needed to run games as it is more based towards editing and rendering due to hyperthreading and other features. Also GTA is a heavy game on the GPU so if you have a bad GPU, could be why. Even with my I5-3570k from years ago and a new GTX 970, running the game maxed without MSAA and a crap ton of mods, (30+) still get 60-80FPS. Just to point out an I7 doesn't mean you can run everything :)

Lemme guess, you are buying a pre built computer? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASEEEE don't do that. For 1600 bucks, you can buy your own parts and build your own PC that perform MUCH MUCH better. Those specs might get you high with 50-60FPS as that GPU is weak at that price point. If you are willing to put in the effort and learn how to assemble a PC, I can teach you how to start and step by step info if you want. Don't worry, it isn't hard to do, just need to learn it.
Also to put in a real life example between buying that and building your own.
    Your pre-built=GTA V @high with 50-60ish FPS.
Building yourself=GTA V Maxed out with an easy 60+ FPS.
Price=Same and also building it yourself makes it look a lot nice and clean :)

Thanks. I will go fro an Intel CPU but I will stay with the 970, probably not MSI. I am not on a fast internet connection, I will be offline for a few weeks. Thanks again

It's not advised to buy pre-built computers as they tend to be expensive for their parts, but there is no harm in it. If you have a look around and find a PC that you like then post up their specs and people will tell you if it's worht the money, what settings it can run on, if it can run it and all that. =)

600$ is a tight budget so building a rig is probably the only way to go. Get an used I5-3570k or 4460 with a R9 270X. If you are willing to build, I can teach you and put together parts and walk you through the process. It's not that hard and actually quite simple. Feel free to PM me :)

Same memory, just different speeds. If there are no price differences, get the 1866Mhz, if there is, go with 1600Mhz. You don't see gaming performance differences between the two. In simple terms, get the cheaper one.

I just got an SSD recently and cloned my OS onto it, and I completely agree with this. It is well worth the extra cost.
As for the rest of your build, I also have to ask why you are getting a micro-ATX motherboard? The case supports ATX, and you would have more room for upgrading other parts without having to replace the motherboard in the future. For more future proofing, I would also recommend a stronger PSU. 500 watts is the minimum recommended for your graphics card. If you start adding lots of other parts (perhaps more fans, more hard drives, etc.), you might also need a stronger PSU. Ideally, you want the best basic parts to start with, things that shouldn't need upgrading anytime soon. That way when the new GPU or CPU series comes out, or you need more hard drive space, more RAM, etc., you can just get those parts and not have to worry about replacing things like the motherboard or PSU.
To actually answer your question, yes, I believe those parts will work fine together.

Looks solid! One question though, do you plan on upgrading in the future to a higher end I5 or I7? And a couple things I would change is one, the GPU brand. Zotac doesn't have the best cooler/overclock head room out their for the 900 series. If you can pick up a Gigabyte 970 G1 Gaming or Asus Strix 970, they'll perform nicer just because overclocking can give you that extra 10-20FPS. And also I HIGHLY recommend getting a cheap and small 120GB SSD. You can pick em up for like 40 bucks on amazon and trust me, once you go SSD, you can't go back. Other than that, looks great!
*and why a micro ATX board...? Doesn't look as pretty in a the S340 :(

See if you can get an Intel 4460 and a decent mobo. Both GTA V and IV are somewhat weirdly optimized for AMD CPU's with GPU usage being low. Also if you get that intel, you would be getting a LGA1150 chipset allowing for much better upgrade potential down the road.

Sounds like on of your mods are corrupt, those mods don't affect LSPDFR because I am using x64a, x64e, x64w and update.rpf with over 50 different mods like lighting, timecyc, grasslod's, and more. Try checking to make sure if its not a outdated plugin. Also please for the sake of my browser, please put the log in a spoiler or attach it as a file. 16GB RAM can't even handle this single page cause of a mile long text. Thanks
