As drdetriot said, onboard graphics won't be able to run many, if any games. Also, your CPU is pretty low-end, and a good CPU helps in GTA IV. I have a $400+ graphics card, and I still only get around 25-30 FPS average on GTA. Truth is, it's just a terrible port over from the 360 version of the game, so even if you have a dual CPU system and quad SLI 780ti's, you won't be running it maxed out at 60+FPS.

Well, that's a little over-emphasized. 4-way SLI and a super CPU will get you maxed out GTA IV+your ENB of any choice.

You'd be better off making your own computer, which means buying the parts and assembling the computer yourself. You will get much better performance than the computer you posted (MahmoudIbrahim).

Yeah, maybe I went a little overboard :P But GTA is just simply a terrible port of a game for PC. I will have my specs down below if you want to check them out. I run Game4Video's ENB and average about 30 FPS on multiplayer with car/ped/gun/sound/ELS mods.

---SPECS---

CPU: AMD FX-6300 overclocked to 4.3GHz

CPU COOLER: Corsair H50 closed loop water cooler

RAM: 16GB Kingston HyperX "Beast" (you only need 8gb really)

Mobo: Gigabyte GA-970A-D3P

GPU: MSI Radeon R9 280X Twin Frozr IV 3GB VRAM

PSU: 650w "ULTRA" Black Power supply

STORAGE: 1TB Hitachi HDD & 128GB Kingston HyperX SSD in RAID 0

CASE: NZXT Phantom 410 SE Blue on white

Picture!

If my little windows 7 laptop can handle LCPDFR with a solid 11-13 FPS, i think that will be just fine bro :P

There's nothing solid about 11-13 frames per second. The original poster doesn't meet the games minimum requirements, so if it works at all, it's going to play pretty poorly.

This is my exact PC. I've had it for a few months and I love it. When I bought it, it was $600 flat, not counting tax and S&H, and a friend of mine said that the PC wouldn't run GTA IV at all. Well, it runs GTA IV with Game4Video ENB, all of the cars modded to real ones, all the settings pretty much maxed out, and I get maxed out at 60 FPS because of my monitor. I get lows of 40-45 FPS when there are a bunch of AI cops around, and lows of 35-40 when recording. I can play Battlefield 3 on Very High settings (I'm not shelling out over a grand to play on Ultra) with no graphics lag. I say this is a pretty good PC for the price.

Got AMD FX too  and  your gtx 650 is enough for GTA4

I dunno who you were referring to, but the original poster doesn't have a graphics card of any sort. An as far as those frame rates above go, the 1920X1080 frame rate is unplayable, the other two are barely passable.
