Sadly , since around 1995 alot of peoples go Bulletin board system (BBS) to internet ,  and Facebook twitter etc growing the intimidation problems we always had with kids... alot of kids on many countries have intimidation and now kids can also do personnal attacks with cellphones. they have access to camera,sms,internets all the time. alot fo kids suicides and some use weapons and fight. its very easy take a bad moment of someone in camera without his-her autorization and share with the planet to laugh at him-her...
 
In canada, Police take it as a serious problem...they track ip and do an intervention in some case...  try to do alot of prevention... before a drama come.  and peoples guess why gorvernment spy on civil lol.
 
While all this happen Musulman fight culture rights so the kids have hijab and Ceremonial knive at schools.
