What I mean by this is:

Is there some kind of mod for LSPDFR that allows you to modify GTA Online vehicles and get the Online upgrades?

If it's not possible, then that's okay, I just want to know.

    To my understanding there is some online content available in single player. For instance, you can use a trainer (such as Simple Trainer) to spawn in vehicles that were added into GTA Online updates. Different trainers offer varying levels of functionality and detail so it could depend on that. In terms of "online upgrades" I am not sure what specifically that would be.
