ooh, ooh, this is that .... crap, what was it's name .... ah, ELS Dot Net (if I remembered the name correct).
I remember reading a thread about it, basically it looks the same as ELS, & functions & menus are same, but the lights are generated in a different way, allowing vehicles to be damaged while lights are on.

There is a thing called trainer and you can use it to make your car invincible...

Why can't people understand that others don't like having a HUGE trainer filled with options for one thing. I hate using trainers.

You could always open the console with ~ and type "fixcar" or whatever the command is. Just saying (cause I share the OCD of a smashed headlight)

"Heal" is the correct command I believe.

Kudos to Lt.caine and the entire Dev team for the unparalleled coding knowledge they posses. I can't even comprehend the immense work that goes into reverse engineering a game like GTA IV. It's surprising to me that we've not heard of a game or software development studio recruiting people like Sam, Caine, LMS, ect.

I do hope we see more of this unknown "thing" in the near future.
